Terrible service. I was served a glass of wine that tasted corked, horrible...when I brought it to the counter, the girl actually ignored me, and waited on the next patron but then questioned me...Im 55 and have drank lots of wone, and this wine was bad. The second girl at the counter told me it couldnt be bad because they had served it as the special the day before, and just had opened the bottle the night before. (Does she not realize that wine can go bad, especially in this heatwave?) I told her to go ahead an try it if she doubted my validity. She grumpily poured a new glass from a newly opened bottle. It was much better but did not erase their horrid behavior. This would Never happen in Italy. I would never reccomend this place.

Great coffee shop on a Carytown corner to meet someone or work. Colorful and authentically Italian, they serve wine and coffee, as well as traditional Italian sweets (biscotti, cannoli), appetizer (bruschetta) and sandwiches (caprese, carpaccio). Americans might find some of their menu items skewed to Mediterranean tastebuds (the liberal use of capers comes to mind) but theres plenty here to enjoy whether youre whitebread American or fresh off the boat (like my relatives). European visitors to Richmond may especially enjoy its authenticity. Italian conversation classes are also held here!

Pleasant little coffee/tea shop with a limited range of baked goods and nibbles, independently owned and not a franchise -- so, support this small business! Has free WiFi. Some days they have live acoustic guitar music. They have outdoor tables so its a good place to people watch. I like their hot teas; ice teas at $2.75 a glass for Jasmine flavored tea is not a good deal, and not especially tasty IMHO, either.

The food, drinks, and atmosphere are good. But the service is unbearable slow sometimes. Besides that at least 1 in 4 visits they forget my order and I wait forever before asking and then they make it. It doesnt matter who is working, this happens consistently. If I didnt live so close I would go elsewhere.

H U G E smoothies! Great great place to chill & ppl watch. WiFi name is uhhhh, odd. PNFSB? please no funny stuff buddy? Open til 7 on Sunday. 8 or 9 be nicer. "Ill see you at 7 on the 7th!" (Bruce Almighty) Everything fades by 6pm on this street anyway. Strange END OF WORLD sensation.

Our downstairs neighbors make the strongest cup of coffee any of us have ever found! A daily large iced coffee has become a necessity for us all, and their homemade croissants cant be beat! Super comfortable atmosphere, good music, and a great staff. What more can you ask for?

The cafe has gone down in reliability and in the quality of service. They are a short walk from the house but half the time i get there they are not open when they should be per their hours listed. I hope the owner does something about this soon. I miss the old cafe 10!

cute little coffee shop...however the barista was horrible...no charisma, not very friendly, didnt seem like she was enjoying her job, nor knowledgeable about coffee. The coffee she made was horrible. based on this experience I wouldnt go back.

The Manager did not know how to make iced tea and had an unpleasant attitude about it. I ordered my food without cheese, and she added a different kind not listed on the menu details. Really uncomfortable and rather unpleasant experience.
