while i was given my order i was interupted and told to wait one sec that sec turned into 5 mins i got to the window paid and brushed it off went home to find my order was wrong went back to DQ and told them they messed it up told them what i order and they tried to make me pay again then said oh sorry i noticed we over charged you thats when i lost it and asked for the general manager it took DQ 15 mins to make my one oreo blizzard and the general manager never came out to discuss the situation yes i did get my money back but the customer service is a disgrace, the manager obvisouly doesnt care about this business and i wouldnt recommend this DQ

Worst Dairy Queen on the map!!! They only have a quarter of the menu of any other restaurant, nothing fried. Food came out cold, they messed up my entire order, and it was garbage tasting. I literally threw out my sandwich because it was so bad. The doritos that came with my meal were out of date and stale and they didnt put bananas in my ice cream Sunday. And, not to mention it was the same price as a real DQ. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS DQ AGAIN.

You cant understand what they are saying at the drive thru because they talk way too fast, they dont repeat the order back to you and they speak amongst themselves while you are waiting for them to give you your order at the window. They couldnt even smile or say thank you. They just give you your order and go back to their b.s. they only reason why this gets two stars is one for convenience, the other for the ice cream.

The older woman who took my order was very nice. Well that much cant be said for the girl who brought my food. She didnt even look at me just handed me the bag and that was it. No have a good day or thank you. My turkey BLT was smothered in mayo...and I love mayo but that was alot! And it looked like someone grabbed a bunch of napkins and crumbled them up and threw them in the bag....I am never going to this location again.

No longer sell cherry anything..... Come on DQ. Called DQ corporate, they do not understand why this DQ is not selling cherry anything. I have asked to speak with the franchise owner three times now with no luck, no call back, I checked again today, still no cherry anything. I finally got the number to the local office and I will try to investigate why they think it is a good idea to not sell cherry anything.

Its fairly obvious the employees hate their career choices but it doesnt stop them from giving decent service. The reason why the location gets 3 stars is because the menu doesnt include anything fried according to the employees. You literally cant get fries with your combo. Im not even sure if they serve the DQ chicken finger basket because the drive thru menu had 5 things to eat that wasnt ice cream.

Conor is awesome, friendly and makes my ice cream just how I like it!!! Gabriel is also a great manager and if I ever have an issue he is always willing to help! I literally go here every other day. Im addicted to the orea blizzard! You just have to make sure you ask not to mix too much and have extra orea. Ive had others make it before and they stirred it so much it looked the chocolate ice cream.

Slow service in a high traffic area. My orders have been incorrect every 3 out of 4 times. Go INSIDE if you want anything that resembles customer service because the drive thru will give you a run for your money. The Blizzards are always way too melted and under mixed. Youll be lucky if you get half way through your cup before you hit plain ice cream.

I live 2 mins from here. Bought 2 blizzards. They did the upside down test with one then the second one had a lid on it. I thought that was weird. When I got home I took the lid off and my blizzard was a milk shake. I had to put it in the freezer and wait like an hour to eat it. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Only complaint is the single occupancy rest rooms. While washing my nephews hands which is a job in itself (reason door was not locked) guys proceeds to walk in and start using toilet in front of us. Wasnt the staffs fault, but left me shocked none the less.

Great for dessert. Of course, blizzards are on point! PRO TIP: Ask for additional toppings to go into the blizzard to make an ultimate mixture or grab some candy bars/cookies from the store near by and chop them up in there. Takes it to the next level!

Been coming here for years. It has yet again been remodeled. Nice clean dining area. Only one thing I saw.....the tray at the counter that holds all the plasticware was riddled with what looked like drippings from chili dogs.....no very sanitary.

mini oreo blizzard had 2 halves of 1 oreo cookie and 90% oreo crumbs, when I asked for more cookies, it was 78 cents more... save your money or take it to the McDonalds across the street for a McFlurry, too bad I saw it too late.

Im visiting family and although DQ was busy, they were fast and I loved watching them in action. They have great teamwork! Karen was patient and even when I changed my mind, she still was friendly.

Only ones in the shop at 8pm on a Saturday (or Friday). There were 5 items to make and it took forever, like a really really long time. She was nice but there was no hustle or bustle to get it done.
