So Ive had take out from this place numerous times. Its always been great food always hot and fresh. Now of course the one time I decide to dine in and its the worst experience Ive had at a restaurant in a long time. This place has gone down hill and been sucked up by the good old greedy American dollar!! Some food was cold. Asked for a sweet tea with no lemon got extra lemon, was rushed by our waitress who didnt write a single thing down as we gave our rushed order, got a half meatlovers half Hawaiian and traditional stromboli. Hawaiian had no ham and most of the meat was over cooked and burnt on meat lovers. Stromboli was ok lots of cheese not a whole lot of meat. Waitress only came by once after bringing our order. Wanted another beer but instead was handed my bill and a box....without asking for either....and bo it wasnt busy for a Saturday around 1pm....approached the owner upon pay our bill and he could give crap about what we had to say! Said thats how she is and how things work here...along with paying a ridiculous amount of money for crap service and crap food!!!! Wont be going back wont be recommending it to anyone either!! Maybe you had a better experience but as far as Im concerned its another money hungry business that gonna run itself into the ground!!

Oh my goodness I was happily surprised by this place! My husband and I came here yesterday for pizza and to see if it was as good as the reviews and it more than won the 5star Im giving!!! The jalapeño poppers were absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. My husband ordered the 18" Hawaiian pizza because pizza places usually say 18" but give you a lot less but this pizza was HUGE!!! We have plenty of leftovers and it was absolutely delicious. The place was so clean, had this charm about it, and our waitress was a total sweetheart! There was just something lovely about this place and yesterday afternoon coming in from the rain just made it such a nice choice for lunch. The only thing I can say negative which has no bearing on the restaurant is that the parking near them is not adequate. I am in love with place and plan on being a regular as much as I can. This place is awesome and our waitress was so attentive and sweet that it made this an A+++ experience.

Use to love this place...went there a week ago and had THE worst experience aside from the manager explaining why I couldnt see ricotta cheese on my pizza like I use to when I went there many times before. The calamari was very bland and unseasoned...My entire pizza was soggy wet underneath...not to mention I had to buy a whole pizza because the waitress said they no longer do single slices once they run out of the entire pizza that was made. Keep in mind this qas on a Friday night, which they close 2am that night according to google...Once I told her my pizza was wet she refused to apologize or take off something for it. Needless to say I ended up paying for an entire pizza that I barely ate one slice of nor did not even take home with me. Definitely will NOT be going back...

The portion size was Awesome! The garlic knots were excellent, they were a lot bigger than we thought they would be. The pizza was HUGE. We got an 18 inch with pineapple and chicken, it was just ok taste wise. We also tried the gyro. We got the original. The gyro meat was good and it was a little over stuffed, which was a good thing. On the other hand, the pita was a little tough. We ended by getting the tiramasu... left a lot to be desired. It was small and tasted like it had been frozen. The service itself was good. Overall, this place was just okay.

I have never written a google review before but I was so impressed I needed to leave a review. I just put in an order for delivery and did not realize I had my old phone number on my account. They tried to call me several times to let me know they were out of something that I had ordered. Obviously they did not get in touch with me because they had the wrong number for me which was my mistake. So I assume it was the owner? Walked down the street and up to my apartment to ask what I would like to have instead. Like I said, I am very impressed.

Attempted to order delivery for dinner while we are at BAE Shipyards. Employee on the phone was very curt and stated they do not deliver to our area due to distance (1.5 miles away) and then just flat out stated refusal to deliver to the area. Id understand if we asked them to come onto the facility but we were going to pick it up before they got onto the premises to avoid any confusion. Very disappointed in the customer service and extremely limited delivery option. Ended up getting pizza from another restaurant with no issues.

Ive been to granby pizza four times. Each time has been better than the last. The first time I got a cheese slice to test the waters because my family is from New York and I have super elitist pizza standards. The very next night, I caved and got an entire pizza because it was sooooo good. The third time, I dined in and had the gnocchi. Then tonight I got the gnocci to go. I love the food. The staff are so kind. I love the ms. Pac Man machine to have as entertainment while I wait. I can not more highly recommend eating here.

Apparently instead of 2am, they close at 11pm... on a Friday night... downtown... glad Benny Domatos was open so we could get a good slice of pizza for cheap! Also the girl behind the counter was pretty rude when she informed us they were closed early. 2nd strike in a week.... not good business at all. The first time we went they were "out of slices" at 8pm not sure how that happens when you make pizza all freaking day.... dont you always have pizza? Isnt that your business???

This is my favorite pizza place in downtown Norfolk. Their prices are fair, they offer an excellent variety of slices, and their stombolis and calzones are big enough for two to three people, or one really hungry person. The wait staff are excellently friendly, and will remember your face and eventually, favorite orders, and the owner is always here and very friendly. Its a true "get to know you," dining spot.

The garlic knots are the best thing since sliced bread. Be prepared for a strong garlic flavor, for me it was perfect. Ordered a 14" Pepperoni pizza, also excellent, something a little special about the sauce couldnt put my finger on what, tons of flavor though. Ordered everything to go and was out in about 20 minutes. Very wonderful experience.

Superb Pizza!!! Growing up in New Jersey I have always been very picky about my pizza. Never have to worry at Granby St. Pizza. The pizza is always delicious with flavorful sauce. And they are one of the only pizza places around that have garlic powder on the tables. I love my pizza garlicky!!! The service is always quick and friendly.

It was terrible. Took too long to get waited on and I ordered steak and cheese but the gentleman put in chicken. The waitress came to verify and I corrected her but still received chicken. And the waitress didnt check on us. I complained and told them I wouldnt be back. It didnt faze them. One of the worst meals I have ever had
