I would give this restaurant 4 or 5 stars for service. We ordered 4 entrees, two were very good, the other two were not. The fiesta steak salad is literally a packaged lettuce mix with some grilled steak on top, no dressing. Thats it. I should have sent it back but tried to just be nice about it and eat it. I asked for some guacamole and specifically stated that I thought it would have come with the salad which had no dressing. So they brought me a very small portion and then charged me an addtional $3 for it. I would expect a "fiesta salad" to be a mexican type salad. There was nothing mexican about it. The other disappointing item was a bowl of their mexican chicken soup. The soup was actually pretty good, however, the bowl is extremely small, what would be considered a cup at other restaurants. I cant imagine how small their cup is. And because the bowl is so small, there were only two small pieces of chicken in it. I decided to try the restaurant based on reviews, which I guess you cant always depend on. I might try it again if Im out that way, but Ill definitely avoid the soups and salads.

Used to be a nice place, but service has gone down hill. We gave it a few chances recently but each time we have gone we do not get asked for drink refills until given the check. Even to get the check is sometimes a struggle as waiter is usually standing in back talking with others and you have to signal in order to tell them you are done. Furthermore, if you get fajita chicken and it is rubbery, then that means it is old and needs to be thrown out. To top it off, the checkout counter is run by young grade school children. If you try using the new valu-pack coupon they will refuse it and say it is not theirs. What a joke. I would not write this review if this was just a one-time event. However, these issues have happened numerous times. I do not recommend this establishment as the area has other restaurants that are a better choice.

Think this is my first restaurant review ive ever left. Was here visiting from out of town and was not at all impressed. Worst Mexican restaurant ive ever been to. Can only imagine that those awarding this place with high ratings have never been out of this town to experience good food. Salsa tasted like it was from a can, no cilantro really? Food was not of high quality at all. Ordered my usual chile relleno and it was flavorless. Had what appeared to be imitation cheese in it and had mole sauce on top of it--something Ive never seen on this dish, nor want to again . My brother also had a bug in his food. The only thing I can say that was good was the service, employees seemed very attentive and friendly.

Chips were good, salsa was watery and little spicy for my taste. The food was not what I expected. Seemed that the ingredients were not fresh. Liquified refrito (mashed beans), cheese was almost not existent, the meat had a horrible cheap taste, tortilla was chewy. I am thinking that all the high ratings come from people who have only had Mexican food at Taco Bell. If you compare it to that, maybe. I have even had tastier food at Taco Bell. It might be authentic Mexican, but the flavor comes from the ingredients. So if ingredients are bad, guess what....Not recommended.

One word.... HORRIBLE!!!!!! The chips tasted stale and the salsa was watered down and not tasty. The food was luke warm and felt like it was not thoroughly cooked. Our waitress did not even show up until after we were almost done with our meal. The food is cheap but I think its too expensive for how bad it tasted. I am not sure why other people have given this place such good reviews. I would never ever go to this place again even if I got a free meal. Yuck! also they dont take American Express.

We were looking for somewhere that wasnt fast food to eat after hiking on the Appalachian Trail for the past couple of days. We ended in Harpers Ferry and a local look at the map and this place popped up with good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Very pleased we did! Very friendly staff and good service. All of our food was fresh and delicious. Salsa is a tad spicy but we like it. Decent prices and good serving sizes. If were ever in the area again, we would return.

This place was simply amazing! When we walk through the door we felt the love. Everyone was nice and you can tell it was a family-owned business. The food was outstanding and the drinks where delightful. It felt as though we were an extension of the family by the way that they took care of us. I highly recommend going to this restaurant because both their service and food were great. That Mango Jarrito really hit the spot!! Plus they recognize military members. ✌

LOVE LOVE LOVE.... We just moved into the area 6 months ago and this place is awesome. We heard about it from word of mouth and are SOOOO glad we did. When we go out to eat for lunch or dinner 95% of the time its here. The staff is very nice and they are SOO sweet to kids which as a parent is so important. The price are great as well. Cant say enough good things, we have never had a bad experience and we eat there all the time

Food was good, the salsa and guacamole was amazing but the service could use some help. Busy Sunday rush and barely any waiting. ***Only issue was one of us asked for a specific request due to allergies and it was not followed. Had it not been caught he would have had to be taken to the hospital. There is a reason people ask to have things removed, waitress played it off and still delivered the plate knowing it was wrong.

Im not sure but i think "chul park" must have been at taco bell....not this restaurant. We live down the street and eat here at least once every two weeks and have been since we moved here 3 years ago. Their salsa is freshly made and of true mexican style. It is thinn not watered down. Have never been disappointed. Food is great, reasonably priced, fast and always friendly staff.

Its been awhile since Ive been to a proper Mexican restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised today. Wait staff was friendly and attentive, price point was pretty good, food quality was pretty good to. Decor was a little on the cheesy side (painted on bricks? flourecent ceiling lights?) but meh -- I was impressed by the wait staff and the food. Well definitely be back!

Their food is really good, I love the free chips and salsa you get, I always order queso dip when I come here. I like their chipotle burrito. Its huge and very affordable, the queso dip is too good if you pour some on your burrito. Their enchiladas are also very delicious.

Listen, you cant go wrong with a place that has the cooks singing while they cooking...cause if they having that much fun the food has got to turn out good! So far it has everytime. I might rate the takeout experience as 4 stars but 5 in the place.
