Wow, ordered pasta to be delivered to my hotel near Dulles Int. Airport. Once I paid and got it to my room I opened the meal to discover that there was literally next to no sauce on the pasta and the pasta that was on there was dried and hard due to the fact that there was no sauce. I called the restaurant to see if they could bring some sauce to add to the pasta and the manager told the guy who answered the phone to tell me that he put the sauce on his self and it was fine and besides that they were out of sauce. Never going to be a customer of this chain again!

I ordered on the phone for pick up, when I arrived they tried to charge me $2 more (for delivery), had to talk to them to correct it. On the phone I told them I need "light tomato sauce" - it was not, it was a lot of tomato sauce - I called to talk to the manager, had real difficulties to understand his words, he did not bother to say "sorry", he was just talking hard to tell me that there was indeed light tomato sauce on the pizza and I do not know how regular tomato sauce looks like ... wordless. Did not eat the pizza.

Vocelli Henrdon stole from me! I arrived to pickup my order and paid even though it wasnt ready yet. I even gave them a tip. When the food arrived I realized that the posted price was $4 less than I had just paid and asked for a refund. I was told that it was too late and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, I wont be back and you shouldnt go either.

Honestly, Im a very picky eater. Never liked a pizza as much as vocelli ones ( Im talking about the pizzas I ate in United Kingdom and USA combined). Perfect in thickness, right amount of cheese and fresh ingredients. Very flexible with your requests, too!

Beautiful, amazing pizza, but really, the service here can be iffy. Too many times has my pizza been up to two hours late, and sometimes it doesnt even arrive at all. However, the final product is still good enough for three stars.

I switch between ordering from this store and Herndon North, both provide excellent service and great food. The artisan pizzas are all beautifully prepared and i can usually get a good deal every time i order.
