This is literally the best restaurant I have EVER been to. My ladyfriend and I go here for "date night" at least once a week, and we have never been disappointed!! Every time we walk in the door we are greeted with a hearty, "Welcome to CiCis!" They really make you feel like family here! The breadsticks are awesome, and go great with the marinara sauce. The pizza is second-to-none; my personal favorites are the spinach pizza and the thin crust italian. And the salad bar is always stocked with the freshest veggies, along with plenty of croutons. All this for just 5 bucks and change?? Its almost too good to be true! This particular location is always impeccably clean and the claw machine and trinket machines are really on point. We always make sure to get some little plastic dinosaur or fake hillbilly teeth on our way out. In summary, the CiCis on West Broad is an totally rad pizza joint, and one that will be getting my repeat business for years to come. CiCi ya later!

The place is clean and tidy and they have a good selection of pizza. Use to eat in all the time here. Staff is nice but the manager made me extremely uncomfortable by following me like a hawk when I got a buffet to go and continued to chant "You can only get five slices of pizza with one dessert and one breadstick and thats it". He said this several times. He went so far as to watch me the entire time and follow me down the buffet watching what I was getting while telling me "How it works". The box fits only 6 slices at most (its not a big box) and I dont eat desserts and even then he made me feel so uncomfortable that I got a desert and a break stick I wont even eat. While I understand some people try to fit ten slices in that tiny box I only take what Im going to eat at that time (five slices to six) and I resent being treated as shoplifter when Im trying to get lunch.

It looked like any other Cicis Ive been to but once I got to the buffet line I could tell the place was a mess. The floor just looked like it was covered in grime, the table looked 20 years old, it was warmer inside the restaurant than outside and the food was the worse I have ever had. It was the fastest time I have ever spent in a Cicis, less than 15 minutes I think and I didnt even finish my first plate the food was just that unappetizing. It was a waste of money and I can promise you that I will never return to this location again. Its worth another 20 minutes of driving to go to a clean Cicis with just decent food and a nicer environment. Everyone looked uncomfortable and spent more time in the "arcade" than at the table eating.

The whole restaurant smells like feces feom the out of order bathroom, all of the salad stuff on the salad bar was dried out and brown, (I wish there was a way to put pictures on here) only 2 people working the manager sits and plays on his phone while the other is making pizza hell make one pick up his phone make a pizza pick up his phone no gloves on just touching his phone and then the pizza. This is the worst Cicis I have EVER been to. Disgusting!!!!! Only rated 1 star to put a comment.

I will not go to this location again. The entire floor was slick like they had spilled oil all over it, even in the bathroom. They put up "Wet Floor" signs, but the floor was not wet--it was oily. One elderly gentleman complained to the manager and threatened a lawsuit if he fell, but nothing was done about it. Also, it was about 85 degrees in the restaurant. My kids had sweat pouring down their faces. I do not know about other Cicis in town, but I will not eat here again.

There pizza is scrumptious. The apple dessert is mouth watering and delicious. I dont know where else to get a bellyful of good food and a good time. I keep coming back wondering if it could get better and it does. Holy shnikey please keep cicis open forever. 10 out of 10 would eat again. This is pizza heaven.

Nice manager who likes giving out free adult buffet coupons to those who he sees are having a less than perfect experience. Lots of happy people, there are tons of very long term employees who love their jobs and are extremely nice. Could use an upgrade in the gaming experience though.

The food is perfectly decent for somewhere so affordable. The only problems are the kids literally running and screaming EVERYWHERE. There were kids climbing all over machines in the arcade and licking the glass barrier. They drop stuff when they pick up food, too.

As soon as we walked in, we could not help but notice how many tables were riddled with trash. It looked like a dumpster. Then we had no tops that fit for our cups and the ice tea was exposed and uncovered. But the food was good and worth the money.

For all you can eat pizza you cant exactly ask or expect much more. Obviously not as good as a true Italian pizzeria, but we never leave disappointed... Or hungry! Tons of options and I always love seeing what unique types they will have.

They need to use the labels of what food on the counter, they were missing or in the wrong place, had 4 employees standing around while all the tables were dirty. The place needs a remodel bad. Food was all good tho.

One near the Chesterfield area really put space into consideration while I think this one likes the look of a packed place. Food was fine.
