Weve been coming here for years and we have enjoyed every meal they served us. An A+ for reliability, which is important to us. The service is the best! The wait staff members are so friendly, and always say hello and goodbye. Several waitresses (especially the breakfast and weekday lunch staff) always remember our usual drink orders which we love. The place is nicely decorated and brings in a nice crowd of folks. They have added breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays which is very popular. I like the Eggs Benedict, and my kids will eat all kinds of items off the menu, which is a bit of a miracle. They can accommodate large family or work groups in the second room towards the rear of the restaurant. Its nice to sit back there sometimes, and theyll even turn on the TV occasionally. I love the take out, too, which is very convenient. A great place for a business lunch, Ive noticed. Its hard to recommend specific items since I like a lot of them. But I guess Id mention the Shish kabob because the meat is really good and it comes with Greek potatoes, which are fabulous. The Gyro is very good, the fries are great, as are the pizzas and hamburgers, and sandwiches, hot and cold. The only thing I cant recommend is the soup, which I rarely order. Overall, very reliable, tasty and friendly. Thanks to the staff at Angies!

I have know this place for over thirty years. It has had various owners? but this is the worst. Oh, they fixed up the inside and it is nicely done but the food leaves much to desire. I was there on Dec. 30 with my two grandsons and a friend. The children wanted pizza but they could not eat it like pizza. There were gobs and gobs of cheese and it kept falling off along with the pepperoni on to the plate. Why sooooo much cheese? Gobs going into our arteries. My friend and I order a lunch platter of roast beef. A huge portion was served but it tasted terrible. From what annimal did that come? I think their milk and coffee were over priced. Poor quality, too large portions and overpriced. I shall not return, but it is very convenient for me but so very disapointing. However, about three year ago I went there with a party of five and we were pleased. Maybe they have a new cook?????? I wont be there to know. In the past year this was not the first time I had a bad experience but this cooked it for me

Tuesday, Dec 20th, a group of ladies had lunch at Angies. The price charged for a glass of milk was more than the price shown on the menu. When the lady paying for the milk asked why there was a difference, the manager on duty at the time became irate and said it was too expensive to print a new menu for every price change. He also said that he didnt want any cheap ladies coming to his restaurant, and that the lady shouldnt come in at lunch time and just get a glass of milk. This lady had just completed a round of chemotherapy and could not tolerate any other food, but she had wanted to come out with her friends. The managements nasty attitude, and failure to reflect correct prices on the menu make this restaurant one to avoid.

Clean and attractive interior, fast, attentive service and the food was good and plentiful. We got the Greek platter(sampler?) as an appetizer, which camee with some pita, olives, tomatoes, dolmades, gyro meat and tzatziki sauce, all of which was very good, especially the gyro meat. I ordered the spanakopita which was also very good, but not "ohmygod this is amazing!" Crispy, thick, and well proportioned ingredients (ie not overloaded with cheese); again, very good and very filling. The rest of my party were also very pleased with their orders. I rate the food according to the price, and in this case it was great. Combined with the professional service and clean/attractive interior, easy 5 stars.

my friend found a long brown hair in her omelette, though the waitress took it back and brought her a new one, we were surprised when we were still charged for it. When we asked the waitress if she would remove it from the bill she acted as though our request was outrageous (besides the grossness of finding a hair in her food, my friends new omelette came after everyone else was finished). We asked to see her manager who came in a rude and aggressive manner and asked us if all we were trying to do was get free food and who we thought should pay for that omelette. I asked him is he cared if we ever came back and he flat out said no he didnt.

My husband and I, along with neighbors, went to Angies about twice a month for dinner. I went there for lunch about once a month. The food was decent and I liked having vegetarian choices. However, after hearing about my tennis playing friends experience with the manager, I can only conclude that they are disrepectful to their customers and certainly not a place that I will ever go back to. I can think of no reason for a manager act in such an ugly manner. There are more than enough other restaurants to choose from. (Unlikely as this sounds, I am not the same Janet that wrote the earlier review but we are both tennis players).

The casual go-to place for my wife and I. Have been coming here for 15 years and really liked the change they made a few years back to Greek/American menu. We are known as "The Reuben Couple" because of how often we order that sandwich, seated and take-away--just right in the spicing, dressing and sauer kraut. Other favorites are the Greek salad, spanikopida and souvlaki. Love Kitty our favorite waitress!

When my three yr olds meatball was pink throughout, I asked for it to be cooked more. The owner came to my table to tell me I was wrong and that it was fine. He was very hostile and agressive. I just wanted to be sure my childs food was safe for her to eat. By the looks of how empty the restaurant was on a saturday night...perhaps he treats all of his customers this way.

1st time we ordered take out and SO disappointed!! Fries where ice cold, lemon chicken soup was hot but no lemon flavor, gyro sandwich was made with ends Of tomato slices and less meat then when you eat in. Also, ordered extra (and charged ) for taziki (sp) and pita and did not receive. I love this place when we come in but take out is not good.at all.

We LOVE this place. The pizza and gyros are our favorite in the area by a long shot. (I definitely disagree with the negative reviews). In fact, I never review anything, but so disagreed with the overall rating that I created an account and posted. (Thanks for being an awesome restaurant!!!) We tell all of our friends to check you out.

I agree the owner has an attitude problem, Furthermore it seems like there is to waitresses, And 1 of the 2 waitresses needs in serious attitude adjustment. Food is overpriced, Terrible service, Dirty plates and glasses, Flies everywhere, Needless to say I will not be going back here. Except if I Want a good case of Hepatitis.
