My husband actually slid along the floors they were so greasy. Food took forever to be served. The manager himself came over to our table asking if we ordered!..Our waitress could care less that our food was never coming! To make up for a 40 minute wait on our meals ( with hardly any customers in the place)she gives us 8 free biscuits .It was just me and my husband, not me and Jabba the hut. Whose gonna eat all these biscuits ! The special was $6.99 but charged us $9.99. Anyhows , dont think we will be back. Boxed the biscuits,brought em home for the dog. Our dog wouldnt eat them biscuits...tells ya something dont it?

Worst of the worst - AVOID! Never answer their phone. On the rare occasion they do, they will put you on forever hold, then hang up. Have called 3x in a ow and never got to a person. If you order take out, be prepared to wait 30 min+ standing in the store, if you get your order there is always items missing. They do not exist as far as Im concerned - Im willing to drive longer to go to a decent location...

Great place to go and enjoy a sandwich. I used to work here I did wish to see more people wearing their gloves and hair nets, also I saw two people within the course of a month drop food and a spatula on the ground and then proceed to look around and stick it back into the food. One was an employee which I thought eh ok but then I saw one of the managers their do it... I was disappointed

I went there with my dad yesterday and the service was very good our food came quick our server was very nice the food was very good (even though I dont like southern food very much haha) and I felt a very South American vibe which lended very well to the style of food we were served overall I enjoyed the experience very much and it was a fun and tasty way to spend my Saturday evening

Food was horrible. Scrambled eggs were still runny, hamburger steak came cold, never got a refill on drinks. Asked for blueberry pancakes and they brought me blackberry topping instead, told them I asked for blueberry and they said can you eat the blackberry instead if not we would have to recook your pancakes

Never had so dry mash potatoes and gravy til last night my grandsons chicken strips he at one and took the rest home.i had problem on thanksgiving with the stuffing it was so dry I was choking on them .this Used to be the place to go but you all have a lot of improvement to do before I will come back

Not sure why but Ive been at this location since 10 am. It is now 11:15. I have yet to receive my coffee I ordered or any food. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but this is crazy. I have NEVER waited over an hour for service at any restaurant. They are not even crowded.

Cleanist, tastiest, friendliest one I have been to yet. Clean store and bathrooms. Great food. We come here for breakfast all the time. Sunday mornings are when you can catch some classic car sightings. Will be nice to see the fireplace up and running again.

It was ok. Coffee was Hot and fresh. The Grits and Gravy were just barely warm. Waitress was probably outside smoking while my food sat out on a counter. Pretty much what you can expect from a chain restaurant.

Donna is the best waitress. Everytime she is here I try my best to have her as my server. Food is good, all staff is polite and professional and its worth the price.

This is wrong. There is NOT a Cracker Barrel in Smithfield, VA. It is supposed to be Hillcrest Pkwy in Chesapeake, off of the Chesapeake Expressway.
