Sadly a not a place I recommend. I sat at outdoor bar (by myself just got off trail) bar server acted annoyed. I finally asked if he had any house red. He seemed more annoyed and said "I would have to go inside if you want that". I said thats okay, no worries I like white and will have what ever is easiest. He turned around looked anothe neath, came back and placed a glass of red in front of me, and then ignored my 5 attempts to ask a question about getting a menu. I asked for bill and he yelled back "fifteen plus change" then said " I can get you a check". 15$ fior a glass of wine, that I did not finish because he told me he had no red and this glass came with no explanation of price. I asked fior house red. Because I believe in good humanity I still left him 5 tip. But now I am broke, feeling discouraged. The other waiter with the pony tail, actually apologized to me. Wish he was my server, he was nice to everyone. Other guy needs to get lessons on kindness and serving. Will never go again and will tell all my friends in area and at the college to avoid.,.

OK - they arent the most friendly folks on the mountain but I dont go there for friends I go there for the food. We got the turkey sandwich and the homemade bakery chocolate chip bars and whoopie pies for a picnic before we head up the cross country area. we like it.

Having lots of people at my house. Wish there was a sandwich menu online so people had the chance to figure out which sandwich to choose so we could call in an order. Who doesnt have a website these days??? (These guys!)

Excellent deli sandwiches. Even the premade sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Lots of local food items, especially snacks for hikes, skiing, etc.. Very friendly staff.
