My Husband and I who have been to a Panera in Keene NH and others and enjoyed our overall experience every time, ordered a Tomato and Mozz Panini & a Turkey on Country sandwich, However we received: Hi Im a big fat slog and this is how I eat my sandwich ....Sandwich... AnD A Dont come EVER come back Panani sandwich... Ultimately the worst food I ever tasted and sadly took to go...Ended up throwing it out at the next McDonalds where we received better service.... Close the store, get better employees or pay attention to detail when you train in Customer Service!!! Thank You giving us this chance to never go back to the RUTLAND store...

Im a fairly frequent customer at this location (drive thru, on the go ordering, and in store ordering) and theres a reason I continue to come back - the staff and the food always exceed my expectations. I love the variety of choices in soups, sandwiches, and bakery items, and the staff is always so helpful - especially eating in. I love the convenience of the app when Im in a rush and need to skip the line, too!

This place was just about everything. Orders placed. But then one of the staffs would ask if something could be substitute for something else. Was a dine in so I watched them ask multiple people that placed orders through our stay. If they knew they were out of some. Why not pass it to the person taken the orders?

The manager, Jeff, is condescending and terrible to the employees. Ive heard from many workers that he makes it a very uncomfortable work environment, and Ive heard him scolding people on numerous occasions while trying to enjoy my meal. When staff is uncomfortable so are the customers!

Upscale and expensive. Great food but wicked over priced. Its line fast food for rich folks. UPDATED 3/8/2017 How the heck do people eat here? I got two half sandwiches and a small iced tea for $13!! I would say this place has poor value.

I love there breads here.. breads are very tasteful and delicious as well. And the price is right even though its a little expensive but its worth it. The staff are attentive too and a big parking space outside.

Great place and coffee hangout spot in town. Drive thru will almost always get your order wrong so just go inside. Managers try to keep quality service. WiFi, great food, and a regular spot for many.
