I always went here because its closer and convenient but the service has gotten worse and worse every time I go to the Waterbury location my most recent visit I had to wait over 15 minutes for a chai drink the girl at the resister would not make the drink I kept asking and she kept saying she would make it right away but then she walked away obviously trying to find something else to do when the store was basically dead and there was no customers at the register ..not only that I have been to plenty of other locations the employees are friendly and service is prompt and the food is good and comes out how it says its made the food at Waterbury has gone terribly downhill including the service I wont be going to the Waterbury location anymore

The service is great, the food is good. I wish they had a few more plugs for the laptops. I used to go there often, but theres a bunch of punk kids that hang out in the parking lot, and when my car window was smashed and my car broken in to one day, it killed the joy for me.

No, they dont deliver if you live more than 8 minutes away. I can walk to the store from here, but I guess they cant make it in their equipment. NO Prob. Lot of other places will take my money.

Place is clean, staff was friendly but on the whole I think the food is way over priced. Is it not possible to make half a chicken sandwich with natural ingredients for under nine bucks?

Service is good and crew is nice BUT the internet is horrible. It is very slow. I would not recommend this restaurant to students and business professionals.
