Had 2 gender reveal cakes made for my twins and my husband went to pick up and they gave out our cakes to someone else - after that thank god for kristi that works there she contact the guy they gave them to and swapped out our cakes for his 1 cake - I called the bakery and got a girl on the phone that told me she couldnt help me cause she had a line of customers and that the manager would call me - well she did today and told me it happens and that it worked out- so its all ok - we told her we wanted our money back and got no where with that - she did say these things happen and because the little girl behind the counter gave our cakes away with out checking for a receipt they now are going to be alittle more careful - thats good - but Ill never go there again - be careful completely in professional

Its incredible how everything they bake is delicious here, hands down one of the best bakerys Ive visited. The staff and owner are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the rainbow cookies.

Okay just had a mini Napoleon, a mini strawberry custard cup, and cannoli definitely a great place. Will be back.
