Clearly the novel process of preparing sweets as they do is intriguing. But the way the store is laid out and the way that the staff greet customers makes me feel like Im just in another chain restaurant. You will only keep us enthralled if your staff were more engaged. Lets have employees who greet the customers with more than have levels of excitement and not disdain. Furthermore having only one employee at the counter when there are long lines of people waiting for their treat diminishes the joy of the entire process. If you do not improve these processes the novelty of your preparation process will quickly wear off. Youd benefit from some type of profit sharing regard with your employees (Google it).

The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. I always love the selection of ice cream at Cold Stone and the smell of freshly cooked waffle cones! It is a convenient location to get lunch or dinner and then desert here! I attended their grand opening and they had tons of activities for kids and free ice cream! It was a fun "party" to welcome the store to the community! I have been here a few times since, and they have yet to disappoint! The cake batter ice cream is the best!!

Normally I love cold stone. When I walked in it smelled funny and they took forever to take our order. When I ordered a large peanut butter cup perfection, they made it incorrectly. They put in a tiny spoonful of peanut butter and one peanut butter cup. It was a gotta have it size.. I want mix ins in more than 2 bites. I watch the workers make my order every time and just because it was closing time in 30 minutes is not an excuse to be lethargic.

Its a Saturday night and me and my buddy walk in at 9:53. Keep in mind they close at 10. Sure there was a bit of a line but Blair yells to us that they are closed as soon as we walk in. I ignored him because I want some ice cream and its not even 10:00 yet. They still served me and I asked for a cone three times. Get this: they put it into a cup haha! First-world problems? Very much so. Terrible customer service? Even more so.

Disappointed with this cold stone loacation, no sure if it was an error on google but it said this location closed at 11 we showed up at 10:08 walked in and the young guy was a complete ass about them being closed and told us they were only open to the customers that were inside, it was packed. Wouldnt have been a big deal if the guy wasnt such an ass.

The staff werent particularly friendly—one even scowled at me because I dared to ask if he would wipe down the table so my family and I could sit. The service was pretty slow, and the floors were nasty dirty! But the ice cream is always pretty decent at Coldstone.

Great service. I ordered the gummy bears on the side of my ice cream for my toddler and they were very generous. Also, they give parking validation if you park in the underground parking. Bathroom was clean and spacious.

Cute and quaint, perfect location for an after dinner treat. Parking is little difficult considering that the only free parking is a small lot, but most restaurants do validate for the underground parking.

The ice cream was good but it took forever. There were only 2 people ahead of me and it took like 15 minutes. I got the Oreo Overload but replaced the vanilla with banana ice cream. Really good combo

Best dance party at Cold Stone. Shaking it to Disney tunes at 10:30 @ night -- best Cold stone employees EVER!!! So fun! My kids didnt want to leave, it was awesome! :)
