The worst karaoke experience weve ever had. We were the 1st ones there and got our names in right at 8. As the "regulars" came in they all got in line before us. We had a table of seven and got called up 3 times...Not even our entire group got up! We only had 3 songs total! In fact I asked "Big Sexy" he was the DJ that night around 11 what it would take to at least get a few of us up before closing, he then looked at his tip jar... I had no problem giving a good size tip and I did, after that he said dont worry you guys will get up again, well that was not the case. We did not get back up and watched as the same people got called up over and over again.

If youre looking for a good karaoke spot, DONT COME HERE! We got there at 1130pm and asked if we could see and the DJ said he "would try". The same people sang over and over and around 1245am one of our friends finally got called up but when she didnt want to get up and told us to sing the DJ told us we couldnt. Ive never experienced that by any other karaoke DJ. He had his tip jar out and was pretty much just letting those who tipped to sing. So if you have fat pockets and want to throw it away at a dick of a DJ, this is your spot. Waitress was really nice tho :)

EDIT: -2 stars for dumping Ausie Mike. +1 for bringing him back occasionally. The Highlander is my go-to place. The karaoke setup is great, and the staff DJs will do their best to make you feel like a rock star. There are kiosks where you can search for your songs, and theres a practice booth if you want to try something out before you hit the stage. The bar staff is very friendly.

Reece Snow The real reason "pat lost it" is that you had a 54 dollar tab, and didnt pay. Then when you were called out, you gave him 50 bucks. So, not only did you try to walk away from your tab, you didnt pay in full, nor did you tip. This bar is my second family, and possibly saved my life. I love the highlander.

My experience is i ordered 30 dollars worth of tacos and the lady wont give me 2 go boxes pretty weak beers overpriced clientell is the pits and the service is deplorable dont advertise specials if you cant come through with the special dont offer it ridiculous never see my business again bad business !!!!!!!

Garth might have friends in low places but Id expect to see David Allen Coe here before Id see Garth. It seemed more a place to go after a rugby match then after golf. But the beer is cold and it gets loud on Karaoke night ... and when you wake up next morning there is a 50% chance shell still have her teeth.

Best karaoke bar in town. Its a great mix of talented singers and people just goofing off and having fun. liquor service is decent, but the DJs are awesome. Food is really cheap looking and tasting. Not great unless youre really hungry. Great place to be. The bar is a pretty divey aesthetically speaking.

So much fun! Awesome, honest and energetic staff! Love thier karaoke format, it makes things easy and fair. A quite starteling amount of decent or amazing singers! Took my new sister in law for her Bachlorete Party and she had so much fun! We will definitely be revisiting many more times!

Its a good place, pretty fun atmosphere. The smoking area has heaters for the winter and are covered. Only drawback is if you like doing karaoke for fun. A lot of people take it way too seriously here, like they are auditioning for The Voice.

I went for my first time, Tuesday night karaoke night. Not a ton of people there, but we actually had a ton of fun! Place could use a little remodel, but outside of that, staff was awesome, people were fun, and the night was super enjoyable!

Quick service. Karokie is also organised with a variety of people and the host knows how to keep it moving and attention on singing rather than on him. Bartenders keep things moving even with all the HD tvs in the bar.

Went there tonight. Saw our names up a few times. Waited 2 hours and never got to sing karaoke. Dj admitted he bumped us for a 50$ tip. Bartender was great but, they seriously need to reconsider their karaoke dj.

the best place in utah to go for karaoke its a small quaint bar with karaoke 7 days a week after 9 oclock the staff here are wonderful and attentive you will never be empty on your drinks. great food at great prices
