OVERVIEW - 4.6 I have frequented this place a few times in the past, as this is one of my wifes favorite places to get food thats near where we live. LOCATION - 5 Actually a pretty good location, a little tucked away from the busy Timpanogos Highway and across from McDonalds. PRICE - 4 The prices are comparable to most fast food restaurants and other Panda Expresses. PRODUCT/SERVICES - 4 Sometimes this place is a hit and miss if they have what you want, especially in the last hour. Last time I went they didnt have the fried rice nor the lo mein... POINTERS/PERKS - 5 When I went through the drive-thru last night, they forgot the spring rolls. I was pretty chill about it, because Ive worked in the fast food industry, I calmly called them told them that they forgot the spring rolls, they verified I was a real customer, and then hooked me up for their mistake. EMPLOYEES - 5 Typically rather friendly people and are usually well dressed with clean clothes.

Theres 8 cars in the drive thru, while the service staff is taking 3 minutes to take everyones order. I have always asked for light vegetables with my Chow Mein and have never had any issues but the woman taking my order, Georgia, complained and made it a big deal. I had to repeat myself in asking and had to tell her to just try. I understand that they are pre-mixed and that its hard to get around them, so instead of making it an issue, simply let me know youll try your best. Then I got to the window and the same girl closed the window right after handing over my food when I needed to ask her something. Very rude and inconsiderate, wait a couple of seconds before just closing the window in case a customer needs something. I acknowledge that this is a new business and they are still working things out, but the staff does need some re-evaluating and some improvement. The only good thing about this was the quality of the food.

I am going to compare this Panda to other Panda locations. This one is plagued by a chronic understaffing problem. You can see this by watching how slowly the line moves during busy periods. Because of the staff issues, the whole layout of the line doesnt work well. It introduces inefficient behavior, making the problem worse. Sadly, cleanliness is the first thing to be sacrificed when managers cut staffing levels. There are usually seats available at this location, but be prepared to clean up your own table. The staff is very friendly, and they are all hard workers. The food was all cooked properly and is in line with expectations set by other Pandas. With a bit more assistance from their management team, I think this Panda would be a great lunch spot.

Twin Time

They have a drive-up, which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of one. I waited in the drive-up for over 20 minutes just to place my order, but there were only 2 cars in front of me. Two. Obscenely slow. Idiotically slow. No special or large orders. Honestly, they should close this location down, fire all the management, and retrain competent management before they consider opening again because somebody is screwing up big time. Cars behind me kept driving off, but I would recommend skipping this one all together. Yikes.

Their door says they open at 11, Google says 11:30. They opened the door at 11:15. We waited until 11:30, the food was still not ready, we asked how long it was going to take, he said another 10 minutes! No apology, nothing! just a shrug. This is unacceptable, they should have let us know when the doors opened how long it was going to be.

This location seems to be a hidden gem around thanksgiving point. Panda express lives in the shadow of some other food giants right off the freeway. Because of that and being located on the east side of the freeway, its always pretty dead. The orange chicken is always spot on. I keep coming here and I love not waiting!

Weve gone here a couple times because its close, but it sucks. They have gotten orders wrong multiple times, they were rude when I tried to get my order fixed. Staff seems slow, rude and frustrating. And they are hard to understand at times on the intercom, thats just annoying. Not too thrilled all around.

Dont be fooled by a long line - service is quick and you have your food in hand as you check out. No paying and then waiting for it to show up. Panda Express could give me food poisoning and I would go back....the next week maybe. The food is just great.

These guys always close early. We go to the doors 10 minutes before theyre supposed to close and theyre already locked. We go to the drive through, which is supposed to stay open longer than dine in, and its also closed.

Standard panda. Been here a couple times at the drive through and theyve forgotten utensils one time. When I went through the drive through the kid closed the window before I could ask for chili sauce or soy sauce.

I went through the drive-thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times only to get home and find that I was shorted 2 items from the orders but charged for them. Food was also cold. Great location but bad service.

Best customer service I have ever had at a Panda Express. Food taiste fresh even though it wasnt during the lunch rush. Ill be stopping at this location many more times.
