Great Sandwiches!!! Great Atmosphere!!! Even Stevens has a clever menu filled full of sandwiches with goofy but appropriate names that arent just a cheesy gimmick. I recently ate the Mihammy Vice, their version of a cubano, and I was BLOWN away with the flavor they created in a sandwich. Normally when I think of sandwich I assume its a little boring, mild flavors and sauces and a "safe" dish. But Even Stevens has made a menu that will surprise you every time you try something new. The setup of the restaurant is fitting to the style of food, not formal, bold, and aggressive. From large tire-walls made of motorcycle tires to interesting wall paper and random decorations it just feels like the type of place that would serve you a fantastic sandwich. The portions are large enough to get full and even take some home if you want. Normally I feel a little ripped off buying something like a sandwich I could make better myself at home, but I have never once felt that way about the sandwiches here. To top it off, Even Stevens has programs implemented where they take some of their profits and use that to feed homeless families. Its nice to go somewhere that is passionate for the local community and the food they serve.

Updating my review because I continue to get amazing service here and it blows my mind. Miss Kristen served us tonight and was a delight. Incredibly friendly and personable and corny in all the right ways. Way to rock it again guys. I just visit the Draper location for the first time and my group and I were pleasantly greated by a very peronable woman named Luana. Not only did she effectively engage and entertain everyone in my group she did her best to make sure we saved money and even told us about an awesome promotion going on at the moment. She had amazing and honest service and Im glad that she was the first face I saw in your company. Kudos to Luana and kudos to Even Steven for having such awesome and friendly staff!

This was my first time eating at Even Stevens. Unfortunately our order got mixed up with another customers which delayed our lunch. What impressed me was the customer service that was given by the manager Mercedes. She came over with our food and apologize for the mistake and offered to refund us or money back. So, great customer service and delisious food. I ordered the Sloppy Joe sandwich which was similar to the classic style but with a fresh veggie like cold slaw twist. The design of the restaurant was a combination of cool / HGTV vibe to it especially with the motorcycle hanging off the wall. I would definitely recommend this spot to those people looking for a new place to eat!

What are the downsides? Well its cramped and very crowded, especially at lunch. Waited about 10 minutes just to place my order. Two sandwiches with drinks cost me $25, which I feel is kind of expensive for a place like this. Besides that though, they donate a sandwich for every one that is sold. I guess thats pretty cool. The sandwich itself, the "Capreezy" is what I ordered, was pretty good. Crunchy bread, fresh mozzarella, thick tomatoes, all good. I guess my main point is that theres no reason for me to travel out of my way here past the tons of other sandwich joints in existence. Theyre good, but not so spectacular that I need to come here in order to satiate my sandwich needs.

I was incredibly excited to try this new place, and I was definitely not disappointed. Every item on the menu sounded delectable, and the food lived up to the expectation. I had the roasted pork and blue cheese salad, and it was one of the best salads Ive ever had, including at fine dining restaurants. The ambiance is cool and modern, and on top of all of that, they contribute to a good cause (partnering with local food banks to feed the hungry). Also, the staff was warm and helpful. I couldnt feel better about my decision to eat here, and it will be the first of many times. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Took my wife where all the cool kids go to eat now. She literally asked why the sandwiches were all $9, even the caprice one that doesnt have any meat. Personally I dont know why all the new spots need to have a cause and tell you all about it. Just feed me a sandwich and do your philanthropy on the side the way Jesus wouldve wanted you to. "Alms in secret... pray in closet..." that kinda stuff. Good for you! You provide ingredients to shelters, keep it up; but SHHHHH!!! do it anyways, and dont charge $9 for balsamic glazed tomatoes and mozzarella between two slices of sourdough.

I absolutely love Even Stevens. The Cubano is one of the best sandwiches, with the Pot Roast dip as an extremely close second. I have read that some people arent fans of the side dishes. Im not surprised I think they focus on their sandwiches the most. I also cant vouch for their breakfast. The ambience is great, its much different from the other two locations, but still very chill. Theyre employees are very nice and smiley. Try their complimentary infused water, and enjoy the footage of the Widow Maker. Last but not least.... Eat for a good cause!

My wife and I went here for lunch, and ordered around 11:50. I asked how long the wait time would be because our lunches are only 30 minutes long (we were on lunch break). The host stated a maximum of 15 minutes. 22 minutes go by, and theyre just now handing us our food. Our sandwiches seemed undercooked since the jackfruit was still cold, and tasted extremely bland - as if our meals were prepared in a hurry. The atmosphere itself is welcoming and modern, but I expected a better experience. Wouldnt go out of my way to visit again.

Well on a regular day this place is purdy good! But today I walked in and this woman at the front didnt believe I was a high schooler. She wouldnt give me a free complementary coffee for being a student. However, I did not have a student ID but my brother had his, Im 17 and had my license to prove it. I have to go to school by law! Not to mention that she said I might be a school drop out. Not getting a free drink isnt necessarly the problem and the food is still great, its just the way the situation was handled was insulting.

This place was ok... the food wasnt anything to rave about and my side dish of Mac and Cheese was cold. It wasnt super busy when we came in but there was not a single place for us to sit... its kind of cramped in there so you kind of just stand around and wait for someone to leave... Im sure they like being watched eating their food, feeling the pressure of someone hoping youll leave soon. The best part of the entire experience was watching what they had on their TVs. Motorcycle videos that I could watch all day.

The sandwiches are worth your time, but beware that each one has an extra superfluous ingredient added by a hipster; for example, the pot roast sandwich would have been perfect if theyd left off the jalapeno jelly - it added no real flavor or heat and ruined the sandwich by making everything taste sugary. Skip the tots - they were all cold, mushy, and flavorless. The pretzels and beer cheese are very good. Service was a bit on the slow side. Ill be back for a sandwich...minus any unnecessary ingredients.
