The worst experience ever.Went to the drive window.Ordered for 6 which is about 50.00 dollars.So I goto the window and pay and kids in the back where playing around and throwing good at each other and went to a back room.So I ask to repeat the order and its all wrong.So a manager gets involved so a pay him they repeat the order correctly get my change and proceed to the next window where employees are laughing and having a good old time.So I get the good and of course no drinks.So I let the employees know that Im missing the drinks.They laugh among themselfs and looked at me and laughed.So they give me the drinks and sure enough the drinks where all wrong.I put my car in park in the drive window and returned everything.When I did the manager gave the good to someone else in the drive though..Gross...Ive been to alot of Waterburgers but this one near the house needs new management.

Best Whataburger in SA and SA area! Not only are they extremely friendly, but they make sure to read my order back at the drive thru window which ensures that my order is correct every single time. The only times the wait is longer than usual is either rush hour or they are making fresh food. Ive gotten food from Whataburger all over town and even worked at one and I have to say that this one is the best in quality, communication, getting the orders correct, asking if I need condiments every time, and being fast and friendly. I will continue to go to this Whataburger as long as I live here!

Yesterday around 8 pm I went to this Whataburger, there was only one vehicle in front of me and it did not appear the lobby was very busy either. It took the vehicle in front of me quite a while to receive their order. When I arrived at the window, I was not immediately greeted (several minutes it seemed like) once I was greeted I paid cash for my order, and waited a couple minutes longer to be given my order. I had received my order and was still waiting on my change. I am not sure why the entire process took so long. But my order was correct.

Double check your order at the drive-through. We had the typical poor fast food experience on a Sunday lunch when 2 meals of our 4 person order were the wrong meal. We turned around, went inside (defeating the purpose of a "drive-through") and they took the wrong meals and after 25 minutes, replaced them with other wrong meals. It was a fairly ridiculous experience. An empty drive-through line that should only of taken a few minutes, ended up consuming most of an hour of our Sunday.

Food is always good and usually service is, but today waited for 10 min in 2nd drive thru with no response. I had to back up and go to other drive thru , finally got my food and was driving when I realized I didnt receive my drink. I went back to whataburger drive thru and told person that I was there earlier and didnt receive my drink, I could hear her laughing, she didnt even apologize. I waited another 15 min to receive my drink, the young girl didnt even apologize.

friday i went to get coffe with my gram and was going to order and the manager didnt even bother ask if it was alright to see if i wouldnt mind if her employee took another customer infront of me and she said take this customer the others wont mind and there was four others plus me waiting ready to order and i let it slide some but i am not happy with that and the others behind me where not as well . i will go to the corperate offices monday and have a word

Very very very bad. Raw chicken strips. And not alittle raw. I had orderd drive thru. So after getting home and finding raw meat. I drove back. And there was other people with the same prob. I told the them someone could get sick and this is bad! They laughed it off and siad "mistakes happen lol" I was very disapionted in the lack of care to the issue. People die from under cooked food. Why dont they care? I can never go back.

I just wanted to say that the employee Manny greeted me so respectful as I walk into Whataburger. As Manny was taking my order he made completely eye contact and finished by saying "have a great day and enjoy your burger." Whataburger is where you can find good personality. ~Thanks Whataburger for having a good customer service

Everyone is usually nice and the Burgers are always great, but geez they take forever!!!! Everyone is just standing there...put a move on to your crew members!!! So my husband is waiting right at this very second, the windows are close hes been there for 30 minutes now. And they dont have lids for the drinks?! How the hell does that happen?? Especially on the drive thru! Yall are ridiculous!!!

Such a great disappointment. Came here with the family after my daughters soccer practice (her choice). The fries were burnt, the gravy was not even mixed correctly, and worse yet the chicken strips were burnt on the outside and RAW in the middle...Never again coming to this Whataburger...Management should take note and re-train and supervise their employees because this place was the worst.

waited in 1 spot for over 9 mins before line moved just to get the wrong order. During a return to the place/ walk in refund. Notice 10 millennials arguing not following the smaller team leader and Mr French Fry Wannabe Gangster smiling throwing up gang signs as the manager returned my cash.... sad the sht waitaburger is hiring these days... peace out French fry gangsta guy!

The manager there was very polite and very curtious Izzy Gomez... Had an issue there were they took long on our order but they gave us a voucher to come back for a free meal thats when he took care of us the second time around if any of the higher ups are reading this you should have this guy there more often seem to have things running very smoothly....

Its Whataburger its a great place to go we like to go Saturday morning Sunday morning for breakfast you cant beat it prices are good the foods not bad I especially like theyre fresh farm fresh eggs their jalapeno cheddar biscuit and who couldnt go for some nice creamy biscuits and gravy that plus they have an endless supply of coffee

This morning was different. I had the driver in front of me; pay for my breakfast. It was awesome and I appreciated it. We never know what people are going through. Im working through some things and I really needed it. On top of that, Whataburger gave me a drink. Thanks guys, Im already a frequent flyer!

If you want a cheap burger, this is the place. If youre looking for a quality burger, this is not the place. Whataburger is nothing more than a glorified McDonalds. My husband seems to like it, but he also likes Mcdonalds. In-N-Out is way better for a cheap, good burger. Wonderful service.
