I had high hopes. In defense to the business, they where training two new employees, sadly the new hires where nicer then the seasoned help. I asked them what they had for sides, chips and soup. I asked what about potato, macaroni salads, they proceeded to read from menu of salads as a meal. I eventually found the colsaw in the open refrigator with bottle drinks ( employees had no clue). One of the workers wasnt in dress code, had a plaid grey hoody on and made a salad without gloves on, I feel bad for that person, hope you washed your hands. The person who checked us out, had on a filthy brown shirt on and them we had to ask for a take out sack, which we had to bag our own food. I suppose we might as well made our own meals. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect.

First, it was our first time here. We ordered 2 sandwiches. The only reason im giving a 2 star because the sandwiches were good and the price was 26. 1. We werent greeted as we came in. 2. As we were ordering the lady proceeded to make the sandwich wrong and got irritated when i corrected her. 3. The 2nd sandwich i ordered wheat bread, and didnt get it, didnt notice until the vegetable side. 4. While i was waiting for my sandwich, the ugly black guy employee kept walking around raising his shirt scratching his side. I never saw him wash his hands. 5. I told the manager and she didnt seem to care. 6. The sweet tea wasnt sweet at all. We will not be returning to this location

We ordered two sandwiches and two Mediterranean salads with chicken. Went through the drive-thru for takeout. Went home and found the salads with Iceberg lettuce only, no Romaine or spinach as described on the menu. Also, the lettuce was wilted and brown. Phoned the restauarant on Holzwarth in Spring, Texas and the manager said there was spinach and Romaine in the middle, which is how they are instructed to make them. Upon looking, there was none. Manager says they will comp two sandwiches. I drive back there, told to park, wait ten minutes, no order. Go inside, no sandwiches. Wait another ten minutes for the order. No apology, no nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This location was FANTASTIC! Tgey staff was super nice and fast. When I went in the line was about 15 deep. I thought it would take forever and even thought about going to Chipotle instead next door. Glad I didnt. Took less that 5 minutes to get through the line. I got the chicken cheddar and added some bacon. The bacon was AMAZING. A guy, I think the manager, Aaron, stopped by my table to check to see of everything met my expectations and was truly a super nice guy. I work down the street, this will definitely be my new lunch spot.

I called in to see what the minimum for deliver was and the person answering the phone was not too friendly. She informed me it was $25 and I know that is not correct because I ordered on last week. The key to keeping customer is having friendly staff. I hate getting wrong or incorrect information but most of all I hate rude and unfriendly staff. I will head to Chick Fil A where I always get service with a smile :).

This place is not and should not be your fist choice to eat! The person that was to take our order was very rude standing there whith his hood up and asked him a question and he totally ignored us....what happened to customer service! And since when does a restaurant allow a worker to ware a hoodie with the hood up and deal with customers.

Wow, the worst food ever. This was our first time and last. The chili was awful. My shake was just terrible. My wife and I was so excited about trying the food. YUCK! After reading reviews I guess we should have read them before going. The service was great! The food the worst I have ever had. What a waste.

People were nice, sandwich was great as always, clean and neat, easy to spot from road, easy enough entrance. No complaints. Oh and theres a drive thru, I dont think there arent any other Potbellys with drive thru around here so thats pretty cool ✌️

This was my first trip to a Potbelly so we werent familiar with the menu or the set up. Everybody was pleasant but not very accommodating or helpful even though they werent busy. Loved the shakes / smoothies!

I see why they are advertising for help wanted. They were under staffed and took too long. No utensils provided to eat salad and soup. Can get better service somewhere else. Food was marginal for the prices.

Usually pretty good... but, dont bother going in after 9 on the weekend.. they will completely ignore you - not even tossing a few bags of chips on the floor could get them to acknowledge me
