Delicious when they get it right! But extremely inconsistent! I love their pizza sub. The first time in drive thru out of big bread ok whatever was delicious full of meat and sauce i was happy. The next day they had big bread but they put mushrooms when i asked for none and hardly no meat or sauce. Like they used the same amount of meat as the small one and strecthed it out. Third time a couple days later no big bread again. So i got the small one again. Skimpy on meat and sauce again so still hungry :-/. Thats the worst thing for restaurants inconsistency it will kill your buisness

My husband and I went to eat there yesterday, place looked clean, place was way too cold to eat there comfortable. 1 out of 5 employees was friendly. Sandwiches were ok. After 2 hrs of eating the sandwiches my husband and I started to feel sick to the stomach. First we tought it was probably just gas, but later we started to feel the food poisoning symtoms. The sandwiches were the only thing we ate the same that day, dont know if it was coincidence or employees need to handle food better. I dont think we will go back there, just in case.

So happy to have Potbellys in Conroe! Used to live in the Woodlands and attempting to get Potbellys their was troublesome, not because of the staff or service but the location of it being in Market Street, especially if there is a event or a concert there! But now living in Conroe, and a new opening of Potbellys with a drive thru is amazing! The staff and location is great too! I do hope they would open one in the new future Grand Central Park one day!

Went there at 7:45 at night, they were completely out of meatballs, all they had for cookies was one bag of the small dozen which were all hard and crunchy like they were over cooked..asked for a large tea and sd they were out of tea and all they had was bottled cokes.. wth..guess they dont stock or cook after a certain time... ridiculous.

Overall this place is great. Definitely a change of pace from subway and probably even better. Only problem is that it is a little pricey for sandwiches and they dont have too much of a variety of add ons for the sandwich. Nonetheless, it is good quality food and the service is always superb.

Good food, but felt like they were overwhelmed by my family of 5. (Even though they were not busy and we didnt have to wait in line.) Long wait time for our order which was only 80℅ correct. I dont see what all the fuss is about.
