Im not the type of person to leave negative review, unless its something that Im really concerned about. At first I went with my husband and there was a long hair on my chicken and biscuits meal. After like a month Ive decided to go back, so I went with my mom and kids a couple of days ago, and we had a very bad/negative experience. First of all, the place was almost empty and they took 35 MINUTES to give us our food. I ordered a Turkey Sandwich (cold meat) my mom ans daughter a Patty Melt (foods that dont take so long in cooking). In my daughters PattyMelt there was MOLD on the bread. My little one had chicken tenders and they were so crunchy (almost burnt) that he couldnt even chew them. Of course I contacted the waitress right away and showed her the bread, and she was surprised and came back with a fresh patty melt and said she removed it from my ticket, but unfortunately we (none of us) couldnt finished our food. It was a very bad experience for us, therefore we decided not to go back to this place ever! We are very disappointed. -Arlene

Ive eaten here twice. The first time I ordered eggs Benedict and the second time I ordered the i45 burger. Both items were very good, but unfortunately both took a long time to come out. This leads me to believe that they make everything from scratch or that they are understaffed. Another problem I encountered was the service. In both visits service was slow. The first time I went the waitress only came to the table about 4 times and at the end of our lunch we had to get up and pay our own check at the counter since we were waiting for the server for like 10 minutes after she gave us our check. The second visit the service was more attentive but our waitress just left after her shift ended and did not tell anyone about us. We had to ask one of the other waiters for service. The waiters are all kind though. Now there is a smell in the restaurant, but I cannot identify it. It is an odd smell but it is not repulsive. I think its the furniture.

Customer service was great however the food was not. Chicken fried steak was supposed to come with mashed potatoes, gravy and 2 sides but we must have been looking at an old menu. When we got home and realized tgere were no mashed potatoes, we called and were told very apologetically that we must have misunderstood the menu but we could come back and get some if we wanted. We opted not to. When we started eating the steak was incredibly thin and the batter had cornmeal in it. Not much flavor and definitely not the traditional chicken fried steak that we are accustom to. Green beans were fair. Gravy was great. Macaroni and cheese was awful as well, with no flavor. We were hoping to like this place but just couldnt. Wont be going back even though weve heard the breakfast is great, well have to pass.

I knew this was going to be a "hole in the wall" type of restaurant. After reading the reviews I thought it was worth a shot. Service was very friendly and attentive, it took us a while to receive our food in my mind that only leads me to believe; good its being made fresh to order. However walking in to the establishment it smelled rough and surroundings are not clean. As for the food the waffles I got, they tasted rubbery, kinda stale like, the coffee tasted old and the water looked grimy. My husbands nachos were cold and the avocado it said it came with wasnt there when she did bring us some, the avacado was brown. I wouldnt go back. I normally dont leave reviews but I wasnt happy and I hope the manager reads this and gives his restaurant a good cleaning.

Got a coupon from something in the mail and figured Id try it out since other reviews seemed good. We had breakfast for dinner. The food was pretty good. My eggs were scrambled and they were solid yellow which usually mean they come from a carton. Didnt taste bad, I just prefer my eggs to be fresh out of the shell. The pancakes were super fluffy. Some people may like them that way but it was more like cake. I prefer them like Cracker Barrel, about a medium thickness with nice crispy edges. Overall good meal and will eat there again and try some of their other fare.

They can do way better if they did some minor changes, like have filtered water. Every time I go in there and ask for water it tastes like youre drinking from the garden hose, and then I ask for bottled. I bet their coffee and other drinks even food would be better with filtered water. I told them already 3 times, even gave them a friends card that can install a filtration system for them. They wont thrive, and stay at par without making these small yet critical changes. Staff and food was great otherwise.

We went on a Wednesday night just because we saw it and never been there. I will say I am definitely going back. It was a good burger and I was needing a good burger. I didnt want a fast food burger. I made a wise decision. The chilli cheese fries were a good flavor but too much for my little belly. I want to go try the breakfast. Reasonable prices and Im telling yall to go.

The wait staff was all young people that seem like theyve never been trained properly to wait tables. I asked what the asterisks were next to some items on the menu and neither my waitress or another waiter knew the answer nor did they ask anyone. Was really fun watching the waitress talk on her phone while my food sat too.... overall, least the food is decent.

My husband and I moved here from Michigan and have been looking for a nice family diner with no luck until we found this place! Everything we have tried so far has been delicious! Not to mention how sweet the waitresses are... they had no problem making me a cinnamon sugar mix for my french toast "southern hospitality". :)

We have come here almost every Sunday since it opened but service and food has gone drastically downhill the past few months. Waffles are cold, or by the time I finally get silverware and syrup they are. the coffee is terrible. Ive kept going back hoping its just growing pains but it gets worse every week.

The food is great homemade fresh and they serve breakfast and dinner all day. Good appetizers they have a wide variety but I just cant get past the french toast and breakfast food. Had their shakes also very good. And plates of food are very filling! Recommended to plenty of my family and friends.

wait staff could use some training in regards to sweeping and mopping right next to my table while my food is being served. Wifes burger looked and tasted like a heat and serve patty you can buy at SAMs. My Tilapia tasted good. Not great but Ive seen worse. Wife swears shes never going back.

This dinner is a locals pit stop. Located next to a high school and right in front of an established subdivision. However the two times I have eaten here it was not very busy. Which makes for good service. Food comes out hot and smelling good! Large menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner served.
