Absolutely horrible! Went in the morning after a bachelorette party. To start, our chairs were sticky and covered in syrup on the backs to the point where we were literally sticking to them. Of course after drinking we all only wanted water, it took our server 25 minutes to even get to our table and another 15 minutes to bring our drinks. Our food came out and it wasnt cooked right. But after waiting 40 minutes already we just wanted to eat. When our food came out it was cold, the eggs werent cooked the way we ordered, made it known to our server and she was extremely rude about it. When we paid we spoke to the manager about the situation and he offered no compensation what so ever for the troubles. He was nice, but we shouldnt have had to pay as much as we did for cold food that wasnt exactly what we ordered. All in all, Id say find a different location. This is absolutely horrible.

This is one of the two locations we typically get our Sunday "to go" breakfast. Its as if they are competing to see who has the worst service! My husband has waited over 40 minutes to get "to go" food when they incompetently forgot to put in his order. Hes brought home food that wasnt right - one day, my skillet didnt even have any eggs on it! Eggs! What is breakfast without eggs? They leave off sauces often, or add things that dont belong or leave out what is listed on their menu. My husband has been a long-time fan of VI, but hes to the point of giving up entirely on them. Corporate needs to get off their butts and find some decent management at these locations!!

We waited for over an hour for iur food. When it was served it was all cold, one person in my party food was not cooked correctly and had to be sent back. Some of the food was forgotten, and brought out very late. This would have been understandable if the restaurant was busy but there was hardly anyone at all in there. Usually I have very good experiences and Village Inn but this was the worst experience I had ever had there!!!!! And I generally spend a lot of money in there my tab just time was over $50. Had to wait at least 5 minutes to be seated when a lady working there looked right at me. Also had to wait about 10 for drinks or a server to even come to our table. The manager took our drink order and said sorry for the wait, that section wasnt open yet. Train your staff on how to seat people then. Also, there were only 3 tables there, if she cant wait on 3 small tables shes in the wrong field. will be going to a VI further away because weve never had problems there, unfortunate because this is 5 times closer.

Businesses hours are (edit: were?) mis-reported. Actual business hours are: Open Weekdays 12am-2am, 5:30am-12am; Weekends 24 Hours Manager insists on only discussing businesses hours in terms of a business day (5:30 AM to 5:30 AM) which doesnt match how Google uses business hours when advising users when a business is open or closed. Business is only closed 2 AM to 5:30 AM on calendar days Monday through Friday (using midnight as the transition between days - not 5:30 AM.) Please reattempt verification.

Slow service. our waitress was very slow. So we asked the manager of she could grab our drinks, its been about 10 minutes. She said shes serving other ppl, food comes before drinks here. I said, well, shes been taking orders and or standing around not serving food. Wed like our coffee and would love to order our food. Took a long while for the food to be served. Manager was rude, but a little helpful. Our server was very friendly, just slow.

This VI varies every time I go there. One day hot and great food and another cold. Sometimes we ask for a refill on drinks and never get one till a minute before we leave. It just depends on what server and what cook you have in. I would rather have the other people at my table have their warm meals to eat instead of theirs being cold and waiting on my plate that is a bit longer to make. Its just a different every time we go.

Im generally easy to please with restaurants. I used to work in one (bussing, serving, bartending) so I understand when somebody is having a bad day they might not be super bubbly and its fine. This was a whole new level. The waiter was condescending and rude, reading out the options slowly and mocking us. I was fed up, no pun intended and we left. Ridiculous. Not to mention the smell in there was nasty...

What can you say, its a Village Inn. Not my favorite location but the food is consistent with other locations so it works. Staff is usually friendly and mostly attentive so we go occasionally when the favorite breakfast place is packed or when we want a casual sit down dinner with pancakes. Perfectly okay. Have no issue going back there.

Well lets see my food was cold when I got it. And sent it back with the manager and he had the nerve to microwave my food. And clearly continued to tell me that he microwaved my food. Its like really do you know what a microwaved waffle is like. Its crap. Then all kinds of hassle to correct the issue. Never ever ever again

I have been there many times lately and the food is just fine. The quality and consistancy has been very good. The service has always been quite good. The waitstaff seems very well motivated to provide good service. If i want something extra the always return promptly with my request

Ive tried this location twice recently & have been disappointed. More importantly id like to know why Google sent me this notification just because I entered the building. Takes nerve to use my device this way. Google does nice stuff but they dont know when to quit. Ugh

Consistently good breakfast and the wait staff are friendly and always make sure your beverages are full, the tables are clean, and the manager always comes over the check on your food. For a chain, I give VI top marks. Nothing fancy, just great food at a great price.

Almost never do I get bad service here. Maybe once, and thats only bc it was crazy busy on new years eve. Drunk people and rude people that night. So i get it. Other than that, good place for a bite. I miss the old management though. Thanks peeps. Well come back soon.

I come here to study on the weekends because they are open 24/7. The waitresses that I encounter as well as the management are great. Having been a server myself, people need to understand that sometimes little mistakes are made. Thank you guys for being awesome. :)

So after 50 minutes of waiting i find out they cant make pancakes since their missing ingredients, its cool saturdays arent big deals in restaurants, so why not be missing your main ingredients to a breakfast diner. Such a failure of management, never coming again
