Waited 30 minutes, then after everyone who had come in after us had already gotten their drinks, my husband had to request my drink from the barista who replied, "Oh, Im sorry all of our drink orders got all mixed up." Thanks for the apology but after 30 minutes when I receive my drink and it tastes like burnt coffee and putrid tap water, Ill be wanting my money back (which was an ordeal as well). I get that its busy. But if this is the best you can do when times get busy, maybe a new approach (or manager) is a better option. We werent the only ones having issues either. Almost everyone had a problem. Trust, we sat there long enough to see them all.

Coming from a coffee addict, this isnt the best of Starbucks, but you can still get a great cup of coffee! They have nice outdoor seating. Drive thru is GREAT though a bit slow. Inside service is generally awful. There may be a dozen employees behind the counter, but half are too busy goofing off or chatting with each other. Every single time Ive ordered food at the counter, they have completely forgotten about it & I have to remind them. Also, inside wait time can often be 10 minutes or longer for one cup of coffee. PRO TIP: if you have a dog, ask for a "Puppuccino" and youll get a complimentary tiny cup of whipped cream for your pooch :)

I am from Van Buren, At my friend went into the can Buren location got a coffee came to school and the bottom of the cup had a load of salt in it. She posted it to Starbucks Facebook when Sierra a girl at this location harassed her and called her a liar and then had a friend message her and talk very rudely to her. I just moved back up here from Canyon Lake so Ive been to this location before as well and Im very disappointed in this girls customer service skills. Ive tried calling this location several times with no answer.

The person working the drive thru was a complete jerk and lacked any customer service. Not only did he get our order wrong after we waited longer than we should have but he was a complete smart a when we were at the window. We asked for our money back due to his attitude and he continued to provide poor service. He said "Well you know it is Sunday and its Mothers Day but Ill go ahead and refund you money". Starbucks hires real winners let me tell you. I will never return.

app showed I paid at :10, walked out at :22. There was nobody in line when I walked in; two other people after me got their drinks before me. Both washrooms were out of order. They were preparing some online orders but still, 12 min and no services at a road side location is abysmal. (of course this makes 2 happy customers and one grumpy bearded guy, they still come out winner)

I personally that the Baristas here work very hard considering that they are the only one for miles around theyre very busy all the time they are always nice in spite of how busy they are and the service is great the drinks are good and they always have a smile on their face way to go Seguin Starbucks!

I dont expect much from Starbucks and this location sure delivers. Didnt have the newest flavor, despite it being listed. Drive-thru was closed ( OT that I use it, that just means more people inside, thus longer line. No insulating wrap. Way to go that extra step to disappoint.

We went inside and it took 27 minutes between ordering and receiving our two drinks. It was steady, but not enough to cause that long of a wait. After waiting, both our coffees were weak and watery. Will not be visiting again. Gave two stars because the bathroom was clean.

Really is a bit hit or miss for a Starbucks. But they do have standard fair, albeit usually, somehow, slow production. Gigabit Google fiber though. Super fast internet. So, if ya gotta have Starbucks - its your best bet. Otherwise, make it downtown to Court Street Coffee.

I stop here almost every time when Im driving to Houston and retuning. Its a good rest stop for me to take a break from the road and relax. This is the only one in the area till San Antonio or Houston. The staff are very nice and friendly and the shop is very clean.

4 employees were not busy and not 1 person said hello or welcome to Starbucks. No eye contact and stood at counter for 5 mins before we were asked what we wanted. They all said hi to an employee when she came in. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location.

Theres a new girl that does nothing but make mistakes...I go to Starbucks every morning for my coffee and every time Ive been there since she was hired my order has been messed up. .ITS ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING...UGH! Other than that my experience is usually ok.

Orders are correct, but usually takes a very long time in the drive thru. Whats the point of a drive thru if you have to wait 30 min for a cup of coffee? Edit: my husband stopped here to pick me up a chai tea latte. Barely any flavor whatsoever. Not drinkable.

The lady got the price wrong first..She said it was 3.50. I told her my drink was 4.60 she said she d have the price at the window. When I got my drink they left the lemonade out had to send it back. The other lady said she was sorry for the mixup.

Cmon inside!! Friendly baristas, great Starbucks atmosphere. Note:The drive thru can get crowded due to multiple restaurants and hotels in the same area, not to mention this is a remote place to have a Starbucks, so expect long drive-thru lines.

My wife and I walked in to Starbucks and stood at the register to order, while all the employees walked around ignoring us. A simple greeting would have been nice. Really didnt appreciate wasting our time, we decided to go to another coffee store.

Left my hot sandwich order on the back counter for 15 minutes while I watched others get their heated breakfast items right away. Nonchalantly apologized and said its still pretty warm. The main guy / shift boss is too loud - its annoying.

Ive tried twice now. Why is it so slow when its not that busy? The only reason so many people are here is because they are all waiting on their drinks. Not the typical Starbucks experience you expect at all.

Good for a star bucks but Im not a fan to be honest. Most of coffees are really bitter. The frappucino awfully sweet. Chai latte is mediocre at best. Croissants and salted caramel cheesecake is really good.

I am a Starbucks addict, however part of the trade-off for less than stellar espresso is speed. This place is understaffed for the I-10 travelers on a Sunday. My single drink took over 20 minutes.

Good Starbucks. Attentive, and focused baristas. Will go back. A tad tricky to find from I-10, due to the way in which the freeway traffic is delivered. Google maps will (as always) help you.
