Came here for dinner the other night. It was about 8pm and we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, even though it was clearly visible that the restaurant was not busy. After being seated, we ordered our food. The food came out fast but we found out that they had run out of rice for the evening so they substituted fidel instead. It looked like it was from the bottom of the bowl and that they literally scraped enough together to fill the little cups on two of the entrees. The waiter stated it so non chalantly, that I think he thought we would just accept the substitution. Well, my husband hates fidel, so he asked the waiter to take it back. The waiter at least offered him a second serving of refried beans which he turned down. The waiter was kind enough to take the price of the tortilla soup off the ticket to make up for them running out of rice. It was not the waiters fault and we did not take it out on him, but how does a Mexican restaurant run out of rice with 2 hours or serving left?! If you want to make sure you get rice and beans, make sure you get there before 7 I guess...

Our service was HORRIBLE! We waited for about 40 minutes to be seated, figured the place MUST have been packed - it wasnt. We ordered drinks from the bar while we waited, or at least we tried to. There was three bar tenders behind the bar and not a single one acknowledged us. After having to ASK someone to take our order, the service was nothing but RUDE! We finally got to a table and we waited and we waited for 15 minutes before I finally flagged the manager down to ASK if we were ever going to be waited on. He sent a girl over who seemed like waiting on our table was the last thing she wanted to do. She took both our drink and meal orders when she got to the table then disappeared. We never got chips and salsa until I flagged a hostess down at which time I asked to speak to the manager again... I could right a book about how the night progressed, but Ill close saying this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. The only bit of enjoyment I got from the whole experience was in tipping the waitress according to her terrible service. The manager never came back either.

I had an unfortunate experience today that I feel could have been handled better by management to ensure that we return. Our server accidentally spilled a tray of drinks ON me. While it was slightly embarrassing and uncomfortable to have a giant wet spot on me, I realized it was an accident and I didnt want it to ruin my familys dinner, nor did I want to make the server feel any worse as I could tell he was embarrassed and genuinely sorry. We were visited by the manager a short while later and told that our meal was going to be taken care of. When we finished eating, we were given a bill with only MY entree taken off, when we were under the impression that our whole familys meal would be paid for given the incident. I was even charged for the tea that was spilled on me! In my opinion, our $30 bill is a small price to absorb to ensure that we return and dont let word of the incident get out.

We sat outside for the cool breeze a couple of weeks ago when it rained during the day and the timing was just right. Which is the only thing that was right, waiter took 30 min to get everyone to order after the drink order was placed. Never got my water, never got our chips ohh well I thought but no after the food was ordered the waiter took another 40 min to bring the food our...imagine! We thought ohh its great we get our food... well think again food COLD, TASTELESS, AND UNDERCOOKED. I was so sad that the food SUCKED... the location was perfect and the place inside looked very decent. Never Again will I order the Fajita for 2, it was horrible. I hope they find taste sometime soon because after 45$ dinner with water only drinks was WAY OVERPRICED, I can get better food at a MOM and POP shop for half as much money including the tip. Sorry PER RI COUS you SSS OOO UUU CCC K!

I would have gave it 1 star but the staff seemed nice. The Daiquiris were horrible. The raspberry one tasted like water with no alcohol (rum) and some whipped cream on top. It didnt even taste like raspberry either. I got a strawberry the second time and I swear to God that it tasted like coconut (I hate coconut) but it tasted like there was alcohol (rum) but I could not drink it. Huge fail, never tasted one so bad, but they took it off the tab since I didnt drink it. The cheese enchiladas were spicy to me because I have a no spicy tolerance, and my darling husband didnt mention it came in a type of gravy. I didnt feel good after I ate the 2 out of 3 of them later on that night, so I doubt I am coming back. Food and drink fail but the server was nice, so thats why it deserves a 2.

Let me warn you this place is horrible! From the sloppy crafting of their drinks and service at the bar to the costumer service at the front desk. We called to make a reservation and said policy was in a first come first basis. We arrived at 6:30 and did not get seated until 8:15 while watching many parties be seated before us. If its first come first serve I didnt understand how so many others were being seated prior to our party. I understand the difficulty of sitting a party but your a restruant and its nothing surprising. Costumer service could have been way better. Disappointed in the costumer service of this location would not recommend this place to anyone; unexpectable. I had to leave a star to post this review other wise I would have given no stars to this review.

I have been going here for years!! This place was my favorite Mexican restaurant the food, the staff & the environment WAS awesome! Unfortunately what was one up is now down. New management has made poor management decisions. Total new staff, unfriendly & new to the business with no personality. Im not sure who makes the decisions on food but it is completely different. The menus is still the same but the ingredients are just not right. The beans were not fully cooked, my old favorite salsa totally not the same & I had a hair in my food? Totally Gross! They give balloons to your kids to make up for all this mess. So if you want MC Donalds kinda food go here. I am so disappointed & sadden I have to find a new place.

Festive decor thats colorful but not over the top. Salsa was served warm. Good flavor but Im generally a cold/room temp salsa fan. Beef fajitas were pretty good, but guacamole was served with a brown layer on top. Also, I prefer places that add shredded cheese and sour cream to the fixins. Wife really liked her tres enchiladas, with a strong preference for the chicken. We ordered 4pm happy hour drinks at 3:50. Waiter had to wait until 4:15 to place order because our system has the wrong time. What ?! Manager said it was a training issue and would be resolved. No stars deducted, but fix your system and dont blame training.
