TLDR: SERVICE SUCKS El Bracero! Gosh I was so excited when you opened, even tho my family said it wasnt good I still went, and I loved it. The tacos are so good with that being said I remained a loyal costumer recommending it to family and friends all the time! Until today (03/11/16) finally got tired of them not understanding what costumer service is. They got my order wrong and said theyd replace it whenever I want because I was a regular. When I went to take them up on the agreement the owner changed his mind last minute not even offering me a refund. Not to mention the fact that they know im a regular and cant even say hi or look me in the eye when I go in? WTF Yes they speak english (except the owner?) and yes im always friendly. Saying hello and having small talk goes a long way people.

Ive been coming here since they opened 1 1/2 yrs. ago at least 3 to 4 times a week. The food has always been good, food is hot & not cool like some other places lve been. They bring everything you ordered all at the same. No waiting very long. I read some posts where people got cheated out of money. That is very hard for me to believe. The service has always been very good. I know you cant believe everything what you read or see on the Internet. I guess youll have to find out for yourself. Try it & enjoy.

Food is great, if only they could get an order right! Keep giving the benefit of the doubt because the food is good, but after 5 consecutive times getting my order incorrect, Im no longer interested in this business. Tried calling to talk the problem out, but no one spoke well enough English to understand the message I was trying to get across. Unfortunately I will not be returning

On a sunday, arrived here at 9:16pm. They close at 10pm. The OPEN sign was on but door was locked. I got the waitress to come to door and she said they were closed. I said i had thought they close at 10pm. She said they do but today they felt like closing early. Very unprofessional. It was going to be our first time coming here. Bad experience abd we didnt even go in!

A very bad customer service. My 2 meals comes with tea, so as I dont drink tea, I asked if i can have 1 lemonade instead and the lady walked away without even answering me..the other co-worker witnessing the conversation she said, " thats a No answer". It was my first time visiting this place.
