great dishes. chicken jalapeño enchiladas was great! the enchiladas had seasoned chicken meat inside and topped with pepper gravy that had bits of chicken, tomatos and jalapeños. the service was good. the food wasnt fast, but it wasnt slow either. the building is old and felt nice to be in since it was very clean. the decor was fun to look at. it aslo had an old juke box that played 4 songs for a dollar.

Service was poor, and the food was terrible - the chicken was over cooked and tasted like it was weeks old, and the oil everything was cooked in was in desperate need to be changed out, it tasted awful, even our son commented on how bad the chips tasted and hes only 5!

The owners are very nice and sweet..the waitress is very attentive to you.Also the place is clean and openly spacious..Then theres the food,it is the best Mexican food I have ever tasted.. Finally"WOW" the prices are the greatest "low","low","low"

Server working hard to make sure everyone was well taken care of and the food was great. It started to get busy and the manager came to help her. Service was nice. Everything was fine. Nothing to fancy makes me glad it isnt too poular or crowded.

Tacos are $1.29 and very small/skimped out. I came here based off the reviews and ratings and it was a disappointment. The waitress and service was ok. Husband said rr was dirty, urine on floor. No sharing drinks or they charge you. Lol.

All lies , dont eat here , beware. My comment got deleted I was there with my family more than a few months ago , were pretty sure the food is the same and the rules havent changed. It was ridiculous, never again!!!!!

Been going here for 11 years..love it n cheap prices for a good amount of food.I drive all the way from north side to eat here. Cant find a good place like this on my side of town..will always go here worth the drive

There is beauty in the simplicity found at Torito. The food stands out in small, but appreciable, ways, and the quaint atmosphere is a balm to the weary traveler, who surely will not leave hungry.

My favorite "underground" mex restraunt in south east san antonio. Wednesday special is the fajita plate, in my opinion, the best fajitas in san antonio. Deff 5 stars!
