Horrible experience. The wait staff is under trained, inexperienced and absolutely without a doubt rude. We went out for a few drinks last night. The place was super slow...maybe 20 people total so it wasnt busy at all. My friend ordered her usual Pineapple / Rum. My other female friend ordered Tequila / Sprite. Pretty simple order, well apparently not for this female server. The server mixed up the drinks Pineapple / Tequila and Sprite / Rum. I asked the server what kind of IPA did she have? She didnt have the slightest clue I asked her to please check for me... She came back with 3 different names I had never heard of these IPAs so I asked her to serve me one. After I was finished with that one I asked for a second beer, different brand When she served it to me and I took a drink it tasted really bad. Mind you it wasnt her fault that she served me the drink, however after I tasted it and realize it was a Pineapple flavored IPA She then proceeded to tell me "yeah its a weird taste it taste funny I dont like it" My first thought was if it tasted funny and it was a Pineapple IPA and she didnt like it, it would have been common sense as a server to let me know that before I took a drink. None the less we ordered more drinks the night continued. One of my friends had ordered a few drinks on her tab I offer to take over the rest of the night so we closed that first tab for the next round. I paid cash at the end of the night when were leaving some other guy (not our original server) comes up and gives us a bill, I advise this person that the bill was taken care of. It was a $9 bill he said "your server says it hasnt been taken care of" I asked to speak to the server and she went to the back and never came back out. This person tells me the bills not taking care of I advised him and assured him that the bill was taking care of...cash. Now either this young lady is pocketing the bill money or she just doesnt have an idea of what shes doing in either case I felt she was very unprofessional I felt she was rude I felt she was incompetent when my two friends and I confirmed that we had definitely pay that bill our server never came back out to address that. The one guy who came out of nowhere insisted and literally argued with us the bill was not paid. He argued with us to the point that he asked us to leave, his exact words were "If you want to drink for free and not pay your $9 tab you all can go!" Excuse me? This young man doesnt realize that as a business owner and entrepreneur I make well over 6 figures a year How dare him embarrass me and kick me out of an establishment for a $9 bill that had already been paid. That was my first and last experience with Doc Browns I wish them the best of luck with staff like that theyre going to lose some clients.

1st time going there this past Friday for my friends Bday. I had my passport since I have been to lazy to get my ID renewed. The old man checking IDs asked me why I didnt have an ID, I replied " I just dont have one aside from my valid US Passport" which is a form of ID.(I didnt feel he needed to know my personal business) He then proceeded to tell me that people with passports are criminals and thats why they dont have IDs gave me a whole 3min lecture (mind you Im not a criminal at all) This man was very condescending and rude but I didnt want to argue with him because all my friends where already inside and I didnt want them to have to drive me back home plus his whole logic was ridiculous. After all that he said he will let me in just this once, although I was inside, it really bothered me the whole night. I saw two fights that night... I wonder if they had passports, Since only people with passports are criminals.Reading other peoples comments I see that I wasnt the only one discriminated against. My friends and I wont go there ever again.

I really liked the vibe of Doc Browns where you can mingle with cool mature people. This is a really great spot to go drinking and dancing. The music was really cool 70s, 80s, 90s and Top 40. Along with plenty of HD tvs to watch the Cowboys play. I felt very safe in this place with plenty of security and a friendly manger checking on me. I wouldve given this place 5 stars, but I feel that the my waitress was overwhelmed with other customers and drink orders taking over 30 minutes or longer to get refills. So I just closed my tab with her and went straight to the bar to get my drinks and they made them quickly with no problems or issues. I did not get to try the food, but I will next time as it smelled awesome. Overall I will return to Doc Browns as my party & I had a great time.

This is the second time using Snap Fitness, first time in San Antonio. I work out of Houston in the weekdays and here in San Antonio on the weekends. My first visit to Snap in Freeport was great. Im new to the gym, but I had a nice experience. Very well kept. Everything was clean. Here in San Antonio, expectable, but it seems like some people dont quite care for the equipment, as weights were left out and misplaced. Not a big deal. Im sure thats very common. But the shower had no towels, the body wash was empty, and the trash was overflowing. Employees and members are both responsible. The place is nice, but I would like to see a little more upkeep.

Great place! Food is great! It only lacks good staff. 1 good waitress keeps us coming back. Thank you Zoey! Youre the best. The rest are....just collecting a paycheck and will leave you there to go hungry & thirsty. Dont get me started on this "reserve" seating crap. Tables will be empty most of the night because they are "reserved". Wake up management! I have watched potential patrons walk out with because of no seating while these large table "reserved" are EMPTY. Not good business smart guys.

My husband and I Are a fan of back to the future didnt even get to go inside, to join our friends.. Im very disappointed, we stood in line for 20 mins. The door guy, was not friendly and rude. He did not let my husband in because of tattoos on his arm..He said gang related, I said sure, he has a military ID. Its not gang related just tattoos I said, so my husband serves our country and he cant even get in your dam club seriously! So upset.... obviously they do not support the troops!!!!!..

I stopped in for a beer for the first time today with a buddy, the service was horrible! The staff had a bad attitude, two brunettes and one blonde. I told the barback we just want two beers, the barback told the staff what we wanted and they laughed then they started joking around and high fiving the regulars. If the bar had a lot of people we would understand, but there were very few people, we said we will never go back, and since we live in the Alamo Ranch area we will spread the word.
