I should have gone elsewhere when I felt I was being rushed during my first appointment. Couldnt understand why I was being rushed, when the previous customers (with a large, expensive order, btw) went over 10 minutes into my scheduled appt. time. Didnt offer a cake testing until I asked about it..doubt she was going to offer either since she had already had me choose the flavors without tasting. The cake was decorated with ribbon when I specifically asked it not be. I had to call and ream the decorator in order for it to get fixed. She wanted me to drive the cake back to her at the shop even though it was 3 hours until wedding time. I do have to say the cake was good. After it thawed out that is. It was almost too frozen to cut through during the reception. It was so frozen and hard I could barely cut all the way through. I highly recommend you go elsewhere unless you want a frozen cake and horrible service.

I am discusted with Cynthia at Cakes & More , we had an appointment with them at 11:00 and they according to them we were not in their appt book they got us mistaken by another bride Diana , so they were rude when i told them we are schedule today and Cynthia stated" OH no you are not schedule with us we dont have time at all "for this and if you are not Diana we cant see you at all , THIS PLACE DOES NOT WANT MY BUSINESS WELL FINE , YOUR RUDENESS IS ONE THING I WILL NOT ALLOW IF YOU ALL DID NOT HAVE MY NAME CORRECT MY WEDDING PLANNER SHOULD IT CALL YOU AND SHE DID CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT , PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY BUSINESS THAT CAN CREATE MY WEDDING CAKE .

Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous and it was delicious. Our guests raved about it being so good too! I remember walking in to our reception and saying "Our cake is beautiful!"...I took in a few photos for the appointment with Cynthia. But then she took what I was saying and drew it out for us...making it our own unique cake. She had us taste the cake and icings. They were so good I couldnt decide, so each layer was different! I sent her photos of the lace from my dress for her to create the lace on our cake. It was amazing! Thank you Cynthia and Cakes & More Bakery!

Cynthia was great..after making our daughters cake for her quince almost 7yrs ago this july 19th..i have gone back for other special occasion cakes for my family..and now again for my youngest big 18th bday next month as well as a baby shower in September. Flavors are to die for as well as her effort to help make them special for us. I always recommend her cake shop.

Cynthia did an excellent job!! She worked with me and made sure that my cake was everything that I wanted it to be and more. The decorations were beautiful, and most importantly it tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone looking for beautiful and delicious cake.

My daughters wedding cake was both delicious and beautiful. Cynthia was very patient with us and generous with her time. We were planning the wedding from oot and Cynthia worked us in when we were in town. Very happy we had our cake made at Cakes and More.
