TERRIBLE preparation for customers eating at their True Texas BBQ. I work in the area and while the employees are nice, this is the 4th time Ive tried to order a sandwich and something not be ready. I always order the Chipotle, Beacon, Trukey & Avocado sandwich... the meat is either not cooked yet, still cooking, or bread is frozen.. You have a bakery, why us the bread frozen? Waste of time! I wont stop here ever again!

Clean,good deals, good sales, friendly staff, quick in and out, beautiful produce, fresh meat, lots of variety, seasonal items, seasonal decor, samples each week, coupons posted near items, coupon app, lots of checkout stands and cashiers, email ad, really the best prices I have found anywhere in the country.

My husband lost his wallet here! The amazing staff Roul and Sarah found it by reviewing camera and a little investigation work! They not only got the wallet but our money as well from the person who stole it! Thank u guys I love this store shopping in and now I love it even more!!!!!

Staff are so helpful and friendly even the youth. All this crippled old lady needs are the thrift shop, dairy queen, and my HEB - all nearby. Cant blame them for the traffic. Shopping at 8 am is the way to go. The rest I can get from Amazon.

We were eating in the food our with our grocery cart next to us and a manager came over and interrupted our meal to ask us to pay for our carts contents. Dirty food court with 5 flies constantly hovering over our food. Not coming back.

i went in by myself for a 1person 2 day trip.. many items i needed were personal sized which was perfect. the store flet clean, and although no staff offered to help me find anything, layout was easy so no help needed.

Newly remodeled HEB has everything I need at the same HEB great prices. The BBQ restaurant is a little pricey, but has some of the best BBQ Ive ever had in a restaurant
