Went here to eat for lunch. Waited over 10 minutes to be greeted or seated. Waitress was awful. Ordered a salad and there was no dressing on it at all. Waited about 15 minutes to even see the waitress for more dressing and when I finally got to ask her I waited another 15 minutes to even get it. No apologies or anything for the wait as my food sat there cold. She brought over our receipt when we were done eating and didnt even say thank you or anything. She didnt even ask us once if we needed anything else.Very poor customer service. We have been to this location multiple times and to pay $40 for a cold meal and poor customer service isnt worth it. We will probably not be returning after this experience.

Food is WONDERFUL, huge selection of wings. Would give 5 stars if service wasnt just terrible. Had to send my order back TWICE today before the waitress got it right, and 2 men walked out and hollered "tell the management youve lost two customers today" for an unknown reason.. Time before last, my waitress did not write down my order, just tried to remember, and came back to ask what I ordered TWICE. Very frustrating!!

Tried this place twice. We heard that the food here was very good. Both times, my wife and I waited for 10 to 15 minutes, with no acknowledgment that we even existed. We left both times, without speaking to an employee, and I dont think anyone noticed. There are several places in this area, with good food & service. Guess how often we will try this place again. (O).

Favorite place to eat in Pleasanton. Were definitely becoming regulars! Be there this afternoon! Weve never run into rude waitresses, big wait times, dirty environment or anything negative. We come to watch football, UFC, baseball, everything. Chose Chilis over ECW one time and definitely regretted it. *Update almost 3 years later* I still absolutely love it.

Just ordered a bacon cheeseburger to go from their. Got back to my office, ready to eat the burger and their is no bacon. I called them to tell them, transferred 3 times finally the lady tells me I can come back to pick up my 2 slices of bacon. Then she hung up on me. WTF??? Poor service, disorganized food and mediocre food. Wont eat their every again.

3 stars goes to the food which is good. The 2 stars missing is the service and I cant say it applies to the whole staff (the hostess and manager were great), but our waitress missed the mark several times (drinks, dish, and so on). Then to top off asked if my wife and I are paying separate?!?! Dont know how to take that and not going down that road.

Ate here with some family. We shared a nachos plate which was pretty good. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and got it with the Medium sauce. The sandwich was very good. The sauce was a bit milder than I thought it was going to be, but was good. I would eat here again.

The food was pretty good but the drinks were astonishingly overpriced. The bartender thought it was appropriate to use excessively foul language and hold inappropriate conversations behind the bar. We all have bad days but its important to be professional.

Melissa in the bar is a jewel, she works the early part of the week, kara is swell too! Saturday a.m. not so much that day the aditude of the bartender and drink capabilities need much work . Food is good, but its the staff that makes me keep coming back!

My husband and I stop for lunch a month ago. The service was ok and the wings were a bit over cooked.I will say they have the best fried mushrooms around and the prices are reasonable.

Not very busy, yet very slow service. Took 15 just to get seated. Wings were o.k. I like Wingstop better tho. Waiter couldnt keep my tea filled, and that is one of my pet peeves!
