Pretty horrible experience. I took my family here expecting a good meal, but ended up with average service, average food, and exorbitant prices. The waiter was talking non-stop, stopped by three times just during the appetizer asking dumb questions such as, how is the food? Forcing us to talk with mouth fulls. We all had spring rolls on our plates, yet the sauce was removed by the waiter before we even finished, and we proceeded finish our meal with annoyingly excessive questions. The fried noodles we ordered was regular portion, tasted regular, and had very little meat. What I would expect at a Chinese buffet. However, the price was $15, which is reasonable for a quality seafood platter but not for average buffet noodles. $5 for two eggrolls. I would never come back here again. For all of those who are looking for good Vietnamese food, go to Bistro B. Much, much better. This restaurant was just a ripoff.

This is not your run of the mill pho and grilled stuff on vermicelli place. It is a really good "mom and pop" Vietnamese restaurant. Amazing little place. They make excellent food. Pro tips: - Always check out the specials, as they mix it up quite a bit - If its not on the menu, but its a Vietnamese dish ask, they will make stuff on the spot that is not on the menu - BYOB! - The owner and staff are great - We are huge fans of the Calamari Sate and Stir Fried Noodle with Beef (yeah, they may not be exotic, but wow are they tasty) - One hidden gem is they vegetable dish; its prepared simply but seasoned fantastically - They have a slightly different take on their soft spring rolls, so give them a try - Our chief complaint is that we cannot eat enough food to have all of the dishes we want, but that is our problem... :-D

Average food with a slightly higher price. If there is not any pho place near that area, then go. However, there are a lot of Vietnamese food place that serves pho in the area. The food is average and cannot say anything special about any of the things we tried there. 4 of us went just yesterday and it was nothing memorable. The only thing I remember however was the price for these average food, $2-3 more than other restaurants. Servers were very nice though. They refilled the water and actually asked how the food was and how we were doing. Skip this place if you do not care about service and just want good price food which I always associate with pho.

5 stars is simply not a high enough rating. The staff here is incredibly kind, helpful, and Attentive. Ive eaten there a handful of times since I moved to Plano and their Pho is my new "Gold Standard". Their other dishes are unbelievably delicious and its easy to see that theyre cooked with care. Vegetables are served hot, yet crunchy and full flavored. Their prices are incredible for the food you get. After going there 3 or 4 times, they already recognize us as regulars. Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants. Edit: Years later and I still eat here at least monthly. Delicious food never gets boring!

I agree that they deserve 7 stars out of 5. We fell in love with Vietnamese food after going to a Vietnamese restaurant in London. We were hoping Saigon Street could live up to expectations... they exceeded them by far. We now plan on eating there once a week. Dont be put off by its strip mall location, the food and personal service is nothing short of amazing. My wife and I have dined in restaurants all over the world but who would have thought one of the best was in our own backyard here in Plano. :) Kudos to Thung and the gang at Saigon Street. Needless to say, we highly recommend them.

My boyfriend and I went in for lunch today for the first time. Everything our waitress offered was delicious! We started off with the Tai Tea and some Pot Stickers. For our main courses we had the special, a tuna steak with broccoli, and the calamari. Everything was lite and delicious. We also took her suggestion for the Ginger Rice. This complimented both dishes in different ways. It was a little more expensive than we thought, but worth it. It was $50 for the two of us. We will definitely be back!

First time here, glad we tried it. Would give more stars, possibly, but have not tried enough items as yet. So far, very impressed. Extremely friendly staff; very helpful with selections and ingredients. Quality of food very high, flavors intense. Various sauces are to die for! A lot of food for the price. They obviously love what they do and it shows. Well be back to try more, for sure. Very clean, quiet, comfortable atmosphere.

Fantastic staff, food and vegetarian friendly. They will take the time to explain to you any dish you wish to know more about. They are very kind and the food is so good. This was the first time I was able to have Pho because they have the option for vegetable broth. I would recommend the tofu beef, it bursts with amazing savory flavors. If you are in the neighborhood you should come to Saigon Street.

Does pho soothe your soul? Do you have a lifetime filled with memories of pho spanning the globe? I was engaged to a thai girl many years ago. And they made pho daily. Then I met my wife and began eating Mexican food. None the less, Saigon St. is hands down the best pho Ive ever consumed. Same owners and recipes as Zanders, which is now only open for private parties.

I went here on a whim with my boyfriend and was pleasantly surprised. It was really cold inside (it was a hot summer day), clean and the service was great. The food was yummy and they even made sure to alter the food for my boyfriend since hes allergic to milk and butter. I def recommend this place and see myself returning for more great food! Thanks so much!

The staffs are very attentive and kind. They make sure that your food is cooked right up to your expectations. The cook even talked to us to ensure he got our expectations correctly. I am Vietnamese and the grilled pork was the best I have ever tasted. My daughter and my wife also loved it. I definitely come back.

Food was really good and the chef was very excited to have customers try new things. He brought out a dish and asked us to try it, and it wasnt for us. He went back and created a new dish and gave it to us. Exceptional Customer service and the second dish was made perfectly. Definitely give this place a try.

Great food and great staff. Owner is very nice and makes sure that you are enjoying your meal. I will say it is different in a way because the owner will come talk with you while you eat about the food. Recently they made their menu smaller which kind of sucked but you still can not get a bad meal here

Oh my God. Cant believe someone would compare bistro B warehouse junk to this family operated delicious restaurant To date everything we have had here was simply top notch. The staff are very attentive. Tom the owner will go out of his way to accommodate you A jewel of a restaurant
