I go occasionally if I have a taste for General Tso Chicken and sometimes Pepper Steak. The portions are huge and despite the place being stinky, dingy & unclean looking I take my orders to go. On my last visit the I ordered 2 orders of general tso chicken, with 1 with fried rice, 1 steam rice and an order of chicken wings. Needless to say the portions that I got for both orders looked and felt like they split from 1 order. The chicken wings were very different for what they use to serve. They used to look like mamas fried chicken wings you use to get at home and now they are these small pieces with hardly any meat and fried with tons of batter! The fried rice is not all fried, it always looks like they add some white/steam rice to stretch the fried rice. They are sooooo cheap when it comes to giving condiments to go with your meal. For example, if you ask for the REAL hot mustard (not the crap in the packets) the one they have in the small plastic cups in their refrigerator case, you may have to go through an inquisition, and dont ask for more than one even when you have 2 or more orders! They start threatening to charge you for it the next time. The prices are good and some of the food that Ive had is not bad, but they are cheap as hell and they are now cutting back even more. Its bad enough that I have lowered my standards to eat some cheap Chinese food from time-to-time but I not going to spend my hard earned $$$ for food that looks and tastes just as bad as the decor! Too much to tolerate!!!

Its been an hour since I placed my order, when I called to see where my food was, the lady rudely interrupted me and told me my food was on the way and then hung up on me. I wasnt finished with what I needed to say and this alone makes me not ever to order from them again... well my food just arrived and the seafood soup is disgusting. No flavor and theres actually no seafood in it, fake crab meat and frozen peas and carrots, thats it. No spoon packed to eat it, thats okay though, Ill most likely toss it. I have spoons here for better tasting soup. I ordered chicken wings and the sauce that it came with wasnt closed properly so the sauce is everywhere. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I will never order through them or recommend their food. Im so disappointed. To the staff and cooks at Jade Palace, add REAL seafood to your soup and maybe some spices so it doesnt taste like cardboard, dont hang up and your customers and pack up enough utensils. Learn the business and do it right.

My family and I have eaten here for years – since early or mid 2000s. We love it, though quality and pricing has changed since the beginning and seems to vary year-by-year; management has changed here and there. The building is run down and old, but for all the years Ive been going there or gotten delivery I dont remember ever being disappointed. The Lunch and Dinner Specials are a great deal, even though the prices have gone up. :b I havent experienced any problems with the delivery service. Jade Palace used to be our favorite go-to Chinese food place and hopefully it stays that way! (: My favorites to order are the Sesame Chicken, Tempura Shrimp appetizer (that special sauce is THE BEST), and their egg drop soup.

Its an okay place. I ordered online on a website then googled it and read some really bad reviews and I began to worry about what I ordered. I read something about a roach on the cold delivery food but it wasnt that bad. The food I ordered was okay. I began spooning through the food for any bugs. Ive had better orange chicken from other places. I recommend food from a place that actually has a good review cause when your eating worrying about bugs you cant really eat. I ended up throughing it away cause I couldnt eat it and think about bugs at the same time cause thats nasty. Overall the price seems fair and this delivery guy I guess wasnt rude cause he asked for a tip.

Ordered Sweet and Sour chicken and some fried rice, as I post this review, it has been almost 2 hours without any sign of anything. I called about a hour into waiting and was told that my food was on the way. I called then 1 and 45 minutes into the wait and was told that the driver forgot something with my order and had to turn around and that it would be another 5-7 minutes. I live about 10 minutes away from this place and have waited about 2 hours for something that should be delivered in about 30 minutes at most. UPDATED: Just got my food, it tasted like it was straight from the fryers, still warm and crisp, great food, only issue it the time.

So the wife and I were driving around one night just craving some Chinese food. We googled Chinese food on our phones and came up with this place. After reading the other reviews we had pretty high expectations. From the outside it looked deceiving. Low key and in the back of a shopping center. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly people and a fairly warm environment. I glanced at the menu and my mouth literally hit the table. For $13.97, we got two waters, four egg rolls, two soups, two entrees and two sides of fried rice, PLUS we both had left overs. Ive never seen a better deal. We cant wait to go back.

we tried several places around plano for chinese delivery, and were always disappointed until we opened up (and ate) our food from jada palace. they give HUGE portion sizes - i mean HUGE - and the prices are unbelievably cheap. free delivery (over 10 bucks, i think), and they are really service oriented. once, they forgot our egg rolls, but they added 2 free ones for the next 2 orders we placed. the food is always piping hot, and its cooked to perfection. TONS of chicken, and the vegetables are always cooked perfectly. its a great place!

Been going here for probably 12 years or longer. Their lunch specials are on point. The dinner portions are beyond expectations compared to other places for their prices. Which are cheaper than most. Now I will say, in the 12+ years I have ordering for delivery for 4 years cause I didnt live in area. I order often, some times only 2 time a month someother times even more. Ive only had twice they ran long on delivery, two other times their food wasnt up to par. That being said I would guess 90% in all visits and orders have been great.

I got my food and paid with a card so I was planning on tipping with cash. However after I handed the delivery man the check, he asked for a tip. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. I was going to let it slide but the man became very rude to me. He gave me an obscene gesture and stormed away while yelling at me. I was very offended and do not plan on ever ordering out from here again. I do not even plan to dine in as the food was mediocre. The only plus side was the quick delivery. This service ruined my whole day.
