These. Wings. Are. No. Joke. I see why they want you to try them. Crispy, hot, meaty, glazy... I tried the normal/spicy kind. Oh man. I had a Shiner because they have a full, open bar so why not. Small selection of beer and liquor but they carry the good stuff- see pics. The pizza is really good too. What youd expect from Grimaldis. No exaggeration. They price like Pie Five too?!?!?! Gosh. Im surprised. Im thinking is this place going to get more pricey or sell out or something? Its amazing. The only problem- wait staff. I mean, its understandable. A new place that cant take employees from another nearby location, because there isnt one nearby. Heres what happened- you can tell some cashiers are fairly new (kudos to them, hope they get awesome), but the kitchen- oh sh**... So I ordered Alfredo sauce and meatballs (along w some other things), but it came out w Italian sausage and basil pesto sauce. All my sage-hating brothers and sisters out there raise your hands. I cant STAND Italian sausage. Basil pesto is alright. I prefer it over tomato-based sauce any day. But at LEAST tell the customer youre out, instead of trying to cover it up. The guy that made my pizza actually apologized, and wanted to remake it. I said its fine because really- hahaha Ill eat anything. Im not a wealthy guy from Frisco so I really dont give a sh**. But gosh. Anyway, he had good intentions. So no complaints there. Just beware for a little bit! Some shifts have some very new people so dont come in and be a snob. Besides that, the food is top notch hopscotch. Eat here!

My family came here on a busy Thursday night and we all enjoyed it a lot. We dont live close but well be back! I ordered an 11" unlimited toppings pizza that was phenomenal..Fresh ingredients . and the crust was cooked perfectly which is hard in a brick oven. I was impressed with how fast we had our three pizzas despite the crowd. Our kids meal came with a good size pizza and plenty of cheese , usually places get chincy with kids meals, not here. She also got a regular sized fountain drink and frozen yogurt for $6!! We got the calamari and loved it. We get that in many restaurants and let me tell you the price and quality you get here cant be beat. I had requested my daughters pasta be expedited ahead of our pizzas and they forgot so they gave us a free dozen wings and said they were two people short tonight. Great real sugar soda (even Dr pepper) and you dont have to leave a tip, but we wanted to. At the end the kids were enjoying their froyo and the manager offered to put chocolate syrup on it...Made them even more excited...And wired :)

Just when you think customer service is dead. Along comes the night staff today at your In Frettas. Im sitting in the parking lot right now making sure I do a review. Being a business owner myself, I early live good customer service. Well let me say that thier customer service was great! Everyone! Even the cook went out of thier way to make me feel special.. and all that I purchased was a 15 piece wing.. I admit I wasnt even going to order here cause I was a little confused by the name and theme.. cause I really wanted wings.. so I said what the heck.. let me try something new. Im glad I did! I took a bite of the wings that are probably getting cold while I text this.. and they were fenominal! I feel bad for them cause they are right by a sports bar.. but if the service stays the same.. I see nothing but success for this location.. Thank you staff of 7.21.17 @ 815pm for giving me a awesome wake up call to the proper way to service a customer! Chakka

FOOD Their claim is life changing wings or something similar. I agree, they are very good. I particularly like crispy food. For perspective, I ask that my fries be left in the fryer to make them crunchy, pizzas be left in for crisper crust, etc. Hence why my wife and I, who enjoys the same crispy texture, liked the unique korean style wings. They had a crisp outer shell with delicate juicy meat. Their signature pizza was excellent! SERVICE The bar manager made the dinner an experience. She has a personality that will keep you on your toes. But if youre more of the quiet meal in the corner type, dont worry, you can walk up to the counter and order your meal to be brought to you. Youll be left alone after that. EXPERIENCE If youre a patio snob (like me), they have a small patio that opens up to the bar.

Looking to eat some good wings, we came here around 8:45pm on a Saturday night, walked straight-in and was greeted by a nice cashier named Jeremy. He gave us some tips on what size wings to order and suggestions. We went with the bone-in Large size (15) mixed with regular soy garlic and spicy. Advertised in the store as "life-changing wings" it better be good! Sure enough...it was indeed life-changing! We havent had THIS good of Korean-style wings, and weve been to a few other wing places in Dallas/Houston. As a bonus, right at 9pm we were able to take advantage of the reverse happy hour, $3 craft beers on tap and $4 slushed bottle beers. A great dinner combo! The customer service was great! Jeremy did everything from take orders, hand-out orders, to busing tables! We will definitely be back for the wings.

This place is incredible. They make the pizza in front of you with a zillion toppings to choose. The guy making it was super friendly. I went to pay and my 7 topping pizza cost $8. Then I sat at the bar. I told the bartender I didnt know any of the local brews they were serving. Without a word she pours me 4 samples. As Im selecting my beer, the cashier (also incredible friendly) comes over and asks if Id like a wing sample. I obliged and it was the best wing Ive ever had. Now I start eating and the owner comes over and asks me what beer I went with. We have a great conversation. Oh, and they might have the most diverse staff Ive ever seen at a restaurant. Everyone was amazing. The food was 5 stars. I will come here every time Im in town.

The wings are LIFE CHANGING. We went in not knowing what to expect and ordered the wings and calamari and a pizza. Calamari was a little chewy maybe something they can work on per time. But everything else was soooooo good. I cant WAIT to go back and try more. The staff was very friendly and nice. Its kind of weird that you tip when you pay before you get your food but I dont see another way around it. There also seems like there could be room for a bus boy of some sort. All members of the staff were busy so tables were not cleared for some time. However, starting a new restaurant is hard and everyone there is giving it a really good effort. Those are just minor suggestions for the boss or owner. But the food was AMAZING.

Put in my order and paid at 12:15pm. Sit down and start waiting. By 12:30pm, we saw multiple people coming from all the tables and asking what was going on with their food, theyd been waiting anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. By 12:40pm, the patrons were basically in mutiny. No food was coming out, and everyone was trying to get back to work. At 12:50pm, we went and got our money back and had to go to Chicken Express and get carryout and go back to work. There were still about 10 people behind us that had been there before us, who were in line to get their money back as well (foodless). Its a shame because the wings and pizza looked great. We just never got to eat anything.
