The service here is deplorable. We sat at the bar and ordered our drinks. The bartender was too busy flirting with the single male customers to get our drinks right away. I asked for no salt on my margarita. She brought it - with salt on the rim. I politely asked far another glass. She obliged. I took a sip of the *worst* margarita I have ever had. I sat the glass up where the bartender could see it. It sat there for a full 20 minutes. She never asked how was. Finally I assumed she isnt really a good bartender and asked for a coke. I got my drink and she never mentioned the margarita. After a long while we were able to order our food. My husband got the beef and mushroom pie. It was pedestrian at best. The meat was not marinated and definitely chewy. I got the bangers and mash. The mash was boxed mashed potatoes. It was made with water and not milk. It makes for a sad congealed mess that they tried to cover with gravy that was runny. The bangers were grocery store sausages and very sadly anemic. The only saving grace on the plate was the Yorkshire pudding. It was puffy and eggy. I guess if youre used to bad service and poor quality pub food than this is the quintessential British food experience. Sadly I have no reason to rate this any higher and I had to give it at least one star for my review. Save yourself the time and money and eat somewhere else. Unless youre a sad lonely single guy and need a dim witted "bartender" to flirt with you. Then enjoy!

They screen live premier league matches, (apart from other stuff)!! (Apparently on weekends they open early..about half and hour before the first match of the night (in UK) begins). Nice pub, It may be difficult to find a seat at times (the place was packed when i went). Staff were hospitable. Service was quick. I have a weakness for desert with alcohol in them and went there to try their "Car Bomb Brownie" which was quite good. My friend and I enjoyed their Royal blue Salad and we were surprised to find Indian dishes on their menu!! They serve British staples such as Bangers and Mash, Shepards Pie and Fish & Chips. Perfect or brunch with an EPL game on the screen. Prices are reasonable. Portions are generous.

Very cool British-style pub/restaurant. Good selection of draft and bottle beers, with plenty of craft beers on rotation. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. The service here is normally very good with highly attentive servers and bartenders. It should be noted that smoking is permitted here. That could be a positive or a negative depending on who you ask. If you bring children with you, plan to sit outside away from the smoke. The inside is that of a properly worn-in U.K. pub. Though I dont follow soccer much, it seems The Londoner shows a lot of matches that other places do not. They also have a pool table and a couple of dartboards for entertainment.

My favorite bar of all time. Its comfortable, plenty of seating, music isnt too loud; definitely a place you can go have a few beers with your buddies in an easy-going atmosphere. It has a very authentic pub feel too, which adds to its appeal. Also, this place at some point recently started serving really excellent food (like "gastropub" type stuff). Theyve always had traditional English/U.K. items, but I always regarded food as their primary weak point. Apparently, that has changed! Whenever Im back home in North Texas, Addison Londoner is always the place I suggest when meeting up with old friends.

We arrived here for brunch on saturday, and left 30 mins later without being served so much as a glass of water. We were not greeted at the door. The bartender was rude and snippy. After requesting to be served several times, we were approached by dismissive and unapologetic manager. He made several excuses for the poor service instead of taking responsibly for a terribly run establishment. Several patrons arrived after us and were served well before we were even presented menus. Race was definitely a factor and we made that abundantly clear. Save your time and money and skip this hovel.

Worst experience I had ever in a sports bar.. we were hosted by girl named Jamie, she is the worst. She is racially discriminating girl. I will never ever recommend this place or this place if Jamie is your waiter. If its upto me, i would fire her right away. I ordered a drink, and i never got it. She only came back when we told her that we dont need any drink now and just give us check. There was a time when she did not came to our table for 45 mins, and she was going to other tables nearby. When we were trying to ask her for something either she was rude or totally ignoring our group.

It WAS a great place for the first couple hours. 1 star because the manager Megan is a d!ck. Dont close your eyes or shell think youre asleep. "Theres no sleeping allowed her!". She snaps. Then she goes down stairs and I come up behind her and hear her screaming at her waitresses "This is a bar. Not a f**cking lounge." Managers like that should be fired. So this is a "bar "? Ok..... And arent couches for LOUNGING? Zena was the nicest waitress ever. :D She should take that rude managers job. Kind of a bummer that country music was played the ENTIRE time we were there.

Been going to the Londoner for several years, the last 3 or 4 times Ive gone, the service has been absolute rubbish. Sat on the patio, ended up going to the bar for drinks even though there were waitresses working the patio. Finally got a menu, finally got drinks, finally got a refill on the tea, then was asked if we wanted another drink or to tab out as soon as we finished our meal. Waitress,Michelle, was absolutely dis-intererested in waiting tables. Good luck, too bad, nice vibe but theres other places I can go to spend my 80.00 bucks.

YIKES: THEY ALLOW SMOKING!!!! Use to be a great place to go for Fish n Chips..but quit going because they allow smoking...they still do. Left the place after lunch smelling like an ash tray. People in my office down the street asked if I started Smoking...really was not excited to hear that since I had a very important meeting with a client that afternoon. Had to go home and change clothes. The place needs to rethink their smoking policy if they plan on bring in new customers or staying in business..

I had fish and chips on a Saturday night, and the food itself was tasty. I ordered a Pimms cup because I had never tried one before, but I dont think the one delivered to me was very legitimate. Service was spotty; the restaurant was oddly empty for a Saturday night in a place like Addison, and even so the time between our waitressess visits were too long for comfort. They also continue to allow smoking in the bar area, I unhappily discovered after sitting down and ordering food.

Great service! I hadnt been to this location in a while but I was thoroughly impressed at the service I received there. First of all, they were showing the FC Dallas game, which most bars wont do. Secondly, my server, Holli, was awesome! She was more than willing to give me suggestions on drinks or food, and just enthusiastic in general. She even noticed my table was wobbly and fixed it right there. Will be returning again.
