let me start by staying this is not a corporate store, therefore they do whatever they want and get away with it. manager Libby is the WORSE manager I have EVER come across. I left my card there and instead of just giving it back she made me go through hoops , calling corporate stores. the cooperate store told her I was on my way to get it and she called me saying regardless of what corporate said she was not giving me back the card. of course the police could not help so she held my card hostage, hid it from other managers and would not help me out at all! SONIC is an amazing company but if it is not owned by sonic DONT use it. and dont ever go to sonic on 249 and Hardin store. shadiest rudest manager works there who goes out of her way to make things hard.

When they got one thing wrong on my $50 order and i asked them to replace it the manager got on the speaker and basically blamed me because, normally the meal comes with .... and proceeds to tell me that i will have to pay for the item. Shes defensive and argumentative. Worst Sonic ever.

Need to improve their drive thru communication. 2 out of 3 times I get is this your order and no it isnt. Make it hard to tip using a Credit Card and the staff gets paid as if it is a tip based job. So tip them

Drive-thru & Car Hop service is extremely quick and friendly. Outdoor seating area is always clean and well-maintained. Very easy to get in and out of for a quick bite.
