This is perhaps the greatest panaderia in Dallas. At the very least in the conversation for the best. I have tried multiple locations across Dallas including most of the big names in Oak Cliff. This ranks high up there and has become my favorite. All the varieties I have sampled are amazing. I am not sure what they are all called but I have never been disappointed by anything I picked out from the selection. So fresh, soft, and not the perfect sweet bread. Of the 5 plus times I visited twice they were bringing out freshly baked pastries to replenish the supplies.The place smells amazing and you can smell the bakery once you park. It is closed on Sunday but I think the owners are very good Christian people and are always super friendly. Do not hesitate to try anything from Panaderia Abuelito, AMAZING!

Él pan es muy delicioso, pero lo único que no me gusta que sacan muy poco pan y siempre que voy nunca tienen suficiente para todos los que bamos, llo me ago 30 minutos para llegar a la panadería e ido en diferentes horarios y les pregunto a que hora sacan él pan pero aun así nunca alcanzó y solo me traigo él pan sobrante espero y él dueño lea mi mensaje

Me gustaba cuando estaban empezando, pero ahora no...el bolillo parece pan para hot dogs, nunca hay pan, y las cajeras son muy arrogantes, no atienden a la gente como se merece, creo perdieron un poco la humildad. Era fiel clinte pero cambie de panaderia...

The flour tortillas here are the best ever! They sell them to you kinda raw so you have to heat them up on your grill BUT once you do they are amazing! I also love the clam shell pastry with strawberry filling!
