Today was unfortunately one of the WORST and most HORRIBLE customer service experience that Ive had since being a HEB customer 17 years ago. I simply went into HEB store looking for Nido (powered milk) for my baby, I was unable to find it after looking and looking for a bit I asked a guy that worked in the Bakery section he said he would call someone in Grocery section over to help me find it or see what other stores may have it. After no help for 10 mins I went up to the front and asked for the manager there. The cashier manager tried to call someone from Grocery dept also, but no one came for a while... after another 10-15 mins finally a store manager I believe came and tried to help me. I had already told them if they didnt have it, then I needed to find another store that did. After the manager had someone go look for the item AGAIN the said they didnt have it in stock, I already knew that, so wasting more time I needed to know what store did have it? He called one store which took him 10 mins and that store said they didnt have it either. I got fed up waiting with the lack of help, support, service and understanding that I left and were going to find another store for our babys needs. I am puzzled to why employees at HEB cant simply look into a computer and inventory to see what stores have an item. That would be simple and helpful. This horrible service has left me very upset with the lack of service from this store for sure.

If I could, I would put 0 stars. I just came in to make my purchases to what was my favorite HEB store (this not being the closest one to me) only to get a horrible experience. First, I tell the cashier that I had 2 in store coupons and he looked at me odd (one coupon was misplaced), I then proceeded by showing him the coupon on the HEB app. he stayed quiet and I had to ask him if I had to physically get the copoun myself. I am shopping with my 1 year old who is being a healthg 1 year old. He then after I asked him deducted the amount. As I am about to pay, I let him know I have several forms of paying. (New and excited to use coupons-3 in total) he seemed stressed and as I am about to leave he immediately apologized to the person behind me. 1. He should not apologize of the customer has a child with them. (My child was not crying) children just need parental attention! 2. I used my WIC card and a gift card, and in all my years of shopping at HEB had I ever felt discriminated and disrespected! Why apologize to the next costumer? 3. I have come to this HEB and never had someone apologized after my payment (no WIC card or gift card used.) So why are people using some type of assistance being discriminated? Disrespected and humiliated?! SHAME ON YOU!

As I was reading the last comment I was ANGRY!!! Because obviously the employees were trying to HELP!!! Its not anyones fault the store didnt have the item!! And NO heb doesnt have a computer that can show you which store has inventory!! that is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard!! This STORE IS AWESOME and have GREAT customer service! the employees are fast friendly and efficient!!

Always able to get in and get out. This is my favorite heb. And I feel like its because they have a car wash outsides and I love to get my car cleaned right after I go in and get my groceries. They also have a good cafeteria. And its a great place to get lunch or a quick dinner.

Problems with my debit card everytime I go. Usually a clean place. Have come across bad meat or poultry before. Have bought bread here that molded within days too and fast spoiling dairy. Staff looks overworked and underpaid.

They dont carry halo top. I have to drive all the way to Trenton to go to a heb with better quality foods. Its a shame to come here wasting time, fuel, and expectations looking for something Id expect this heb to have.

I love shopping here. Food and product selection is great, store is always clean, well stocked and orderly. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I dont shop anywhere else for groceries.
