Horrible waitresses wouldnt recommend coming to this location! Been here 2 times had the same waitress and she took FOREVER with coming to the table and getting our drink orders 1st time went with 3 other friends had a long order 2nd time went with just 1 friend but I was the only one ordering. My order was so simple had buffalo shrimps as a appetizer and boneless wings as my meal. Simple order right? So she comes with just my meal (boneless wings) I asked her did you forget my appetizer shes like no but what was it and I told buffalo shrimp. She responds to me "oh yea I did." Im like get your manager. Manager comes over to the table I explain to her that it wasnt the first time this has happened I would have understand if it was a big table but it was 2 simple things. Manager apologized but still didnt tell her nothing. Honestly think this location should get checked and fire waitresses that arent doing there job right.

Worst service ever. Brought the appitizers out the same time as our food when we asked for the appetizers first. Always disappeared and never asked us what sauce we wanted or what sides we wanted with our meal(I had to search for her to tell her). Our food was literally ice cold, they had took sauce out of the fridge and put it on our chicken wings and buffalo shrimp without heating it up. Burger was below average, not worth the $10 and the manager was not helpful at all either. After we left I accidentally put my total in the tip spot, I called them and the manager said he would fix it (I did tip also but didnt want to pay more than what my total was obviously) and he NEVER DID FIX IT. So, I ended up tipping more than what my total was for horrible food, service, and management. Save your money and go find another Hooters to go to.

My 15 yr old daughter wanted to have her bday dinner here and I called ahead of time (called on Wednesday for dinner on Sat) to forewarn them that we had a party of 30. The seating time was not a problem the service and management was. Wrong orders coming out left and right. Ordered a 50 piece and they would not do 3 flavors they stated it was company policy but yet our same party had 20 wings with 4 flavors. Then the waitress brought out desert shots and went straight to the kids and started hanging out deserts and then charged us. I explained that she didnt ask the adults and her response was should I have took it out of their hands. Manager is no help. My party of 30 will def not be returning and will get the word out on them. Horrible!!!

Worst service ever by Jennifer 4/15/17! She got our drinks put them in the middle of the table walked off, returned 15mins later with the other two drinks (4 people at the table) took our orders returned once the refill our drinks to which it took her another 40 mins to get our food to us and yes customers who got there after us were already halfway thru there meals when we received ours(It was a slow night not to busy at all)Once we were finished we asked for 1 check and gave our card back Jennifer returns just places our card down with no THANK YOU or any thing and walks off. No gratitude, service sucks by Jennifer, food was actually good, establishment was clean (it was a slow night)

Worst Hooters in a 20 mile radius. Staff is not the least bit friendly. Took 40 minutes for the first round of wings. 1 hour for a single order of fries. Another 40 minutes for the second round of wings. Waitress doesnt know the difference between mild and medium. 30 min for the last order before we asked them to cancel the order and get us the check. Waited another 15 minutes to be checked out. Ive taken my sweet time and eaten dinner AND dessert at a buffet Brazilian steakhouse in less time. This location went under a remodel and looks nice and modern but its staff is not the best. Despite living 5 minutes from this location, we will be driving to Grapevine from now on.

In the past year this hooters keeps getting worst on there service the food theres always something wrong with it the fries today tasted old grease they were brown and dried up. My sliders were dried up overcooked and there tea was horrible like they dont clean the tea dispenser were its at always tastes like that used to be good. And not to mention our waitress Tifanny was so forgetful on our orders I used to love this place but something different needs to be down cause it isnt getting better. I think the only good food there is the chocolate cake only cause they dont bake it there. Pretty sad.

It was horrible her name was analeigh very poor customer service greeted us with an attitude didnt even look at us,took her about 20 minutes to come back to give us a refill once our order came out one of them was a 10 piece of 911 and another girl came with it confused with something Im guessing and she asked analeigh what it was and she had a big attitude and said I dont know it should be the same they look the same anyway well anyway after that she didnt come back till we were almost finished with our food and still had an attitude just very bad customer service from her.

Terrible service waitress took forever to bring our food. We specifically ordered wings to start off and she would come by the table every 10min or so to say they were coming out in 2 minutes after 10 more minutes she said she was gonna go check on them. Finally they came out then it was another long time before our actual food came out. Mine was suppose to come with Big Dipper fries and I only got my sandwich she kept saying she was checking on them and nothing. Its seems like if your not sitting in a group of men you get ignored.

Took over a hour to get our food, my sandwich didnt have the buffalo sauce and was undercooked, and my sons food was messed up. My son was fussing, and hungry. Kept getting the run around saying food is almost ready. The table next to use got their food in 20 mins. Our waiter was no where to be found half the time. When we did spot her she was on the other side of the restaurant flirting with with a couple of young men. Do not recommend coming here. This was my first time coming to hooters.

We left!!! When we got there we immediately ordered our drinks and food and our waiter tiara I think was her name sat at another table and started to flirt with the customer ! My husband and I waited and tried to be patient as we understand its busy! But we sat there for almost 30 minutes no food no service!! Worst experience ever!!! I wish I could give negative stars !! We offered to pay for the drinks but was told it was okay they would cover it. They need better waiters honestly !!
