We ordered a pizza, 2x bread buds, and a JimStix. We waited 30 minutes for the delivery and when we recieved the food, it was cold and the bread buds and JimStix had zero ingredients on it (no parmeasean or garlic and no cinnamon on the JimStix). I called the store and spoke to the Assistant Manager - his name was Chris. He told me hed refire them and delivery would be about 30 minutes. We waited about an hour and 10 minutes and then I called them. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him my story and he said "Oh, yea, I remember you.". He then told me he had to make a phone call and wanted to know if I wanted to hold or have him call me back. Obviously I told him that I would wait - I waited for 10 minutes and he returned. At this point I demanded a refund and he said that he could not and would not offer any type of refund. At that time, the door bell rang and it was the delivery guy. Again - the items were unseasoned - almost no flavoring at all - I kept the delivery guy there and told him that he needed to call the store and tell them about the issues I was having. The delivery guy refused as he stated "he was just the delivery guy" and then he tried to rush off and told me to keep the pizza - I handed the pizzas back to the guy and told him I didnt want a product that I didnt order and I just told him to head back to the store and that I wasnt mad at him. I then immediately called the store back and again, greeted by Chris - the "Assistant Manager". He basically told me again that there would be no refund and that he made the food and he told me he seasoned it well and that he would not be making anymore or offering any type of refund. At this point, we paid $30 and had no product and no way to get my money back. I had to call the bank and get them to file a claim and thats where Im at with this - so hopefully Ill get a refund (which Im pretty sure I will). Never going back to this Mr. Jims again.

Wow, what a difference a new owner and management can make!! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the new proprietor this afternoon and he was a genuinely nice hardworking family man. Our carryout order was hot and ready at the precise time he said it would be. We ordered 1 original crust (half “sticky fingers” and half Meat lovers) and 1 thin crust (half pepperoni & Italian sausage and half hamburger & jalapeno). I like to think of myself as a pizza connoisseur considering I seek out and eat as many varieties of pizza as possible. I am going to judge this pizza against its immediate delivery competition that is available in most every city in the U.S. It wins. The crusts, original and thin are fantastic. The toppings are authentic and well flavored. And most importantly they do not skimp on cheeses, meats or veggies!! The sauce is great and compliments the pizza. The reviews below were for a previous owner. Give the new owner a chance and I know you will be pleased. :)

I never write a review about anything, but me and my kids love pizza, and hopefully after reading this the owner can get it together! Besides Id rather order here than Dominos. Not to long ago I ordered chicken on a mixed large pizza and it was thrown on there after it was already cooked.. didnt really care much I still ate it, it was hot.. but today! I order for pick up and they tell me 20 to 30 minutes before its ready, have my girl pick it up and it still isnt ready almost an hour.. now if it was me I wouldnt care much but you have my girl and kids waiting, and you guys dont even have your AC fixed in your store!! (Feel bad for the employees, even if you took forever today) Yall really need to get it together!! I order from you guys all the time, yall are loosing business its not hard to see..

I love Mr. Jims, but i had a not so good experience last week. In an effort to continue to support them and chalk it up to a bad day, I didnt complaine and ordered again tonight. Well it was horrible!!!! My pizza was wrong, the $6 salad I ordered was the size of their $4 salad normally and filled with brown lettuce. The salad was completely disgusting and not fit to eat. I called to complain to be told because I paid cash, they wouldnt refund, they closed in 3 min so no remake and all they offered me was 50% off my next order. So let me get this straight, my order was wrong and no able to be eaten, I still had to pay for it and then would have to pay for 1/2 of my next order????? Will not be ordering from them again!!! Wish I could add pics, so you could see what they considered an ok salad.

This location used to be great. We would drive about 30 minutes round trip to get there despite having a Pizza Hut less than a mile from us because we used to like it so much. On our last order of a small pizza and a large Jim Stix, the crust was tough and very uniform as if it was pre-made. The cheese was "plastic-y" and the toppings were sparse. We were given no dipping sauce for our Jim Stix despite requesting them. They also left off the flavored crust we ordered. Im hoping this location is under new management and cutting corners and these arent corporate changes. We wont be going back to this location. Well try the next closest location next time and hopefully itll be as good as this location used to be.

This is now the 2nd time in one month that I have tried to order pizza 2 hours before they close and come to find out they are closed. If you are not going to open for the day or close early pls put something on your recording. Second of all the product that they sell has gone down. When you order a full size salad you get about 2 Oz of dressing even though you requested extra and offered to pay for it. So I think we will have to find another pizza place. I love supporting our local business but this one I dont think I can support any longer. So sad!!!!!!

Give the new owner a chance you wont regret it he has done a greal job with the place, the staff is incredible they are super friendly and understanding.the food now is amazing it is always made fresh and it always looks amazing last night I ordered their sticky fingers with their cheese stuffed crust and it was so good my family couldnt even finish it, it filled us up right away it is definitely worth your money.

I am happy to say that since the new owner has taken over, the customer service and food is much better than the previously. The staff is very friendly and personable! What a tremendous difference new staff and management can make! They have truly given me a better impression of them and renewed my trust in them to serve customers well!
