The woman said she was going to wait and take my childrens order once I figured out what I was eating after I told her that I wasnt sure what I wanted and that she would be back. I told her the kids were hungry and to take their order now. She had an attitude after I told her this. Then the children order and my daughter orders the Tbone meal which comes with salad my daughter told her she didnt want the salad or toast in which she told her she had to take it. Told her she was not going to eat it the lady says well it comes with it and brings it anyway. This was our first time here. Never been to a Waffle House and first time in Texas. Then she brings the food in about 10 minutes go by and she still has not brought the waffle I had to call her over to ask her about it and then she says yeah waffle comes with it but its not ready yet. The waitress Maria(white)Woman was a terrible host and did not make us feel welcomed at all. I will NEVER support this business. I Im not sure if this is how they get down at every location but she has definitely ruined our experience. Plus the children did not care for the food. Before our experience ended the lady started causing a problem with the other guests who I heard order their food and try to tell them that they did not order something.

Walked in around 2 pm the tables that were empty were dirty they had the plates and everything removed but there was still food on the table we sat anyway and had the waitress (after a 5min wait time) wipe down the table (not busy with cooks just standing around) our order of 2- 2 egg breakfast took at least 15 minutes to get to us then never seen our waitress again until it was time to leave then we see she was sitting in a back room doing nothing but playing on her phone and laughing, as we checked out and payed the manager of all people we asked for to go drinks, she gave me my change and walked away we had to ask someone else for the drinks.... Never have I received this type of service at any other Waffle House!! I will not return to this one!!

***WATCH OUT FOR NYAH or NIAH*** Usually like Waffle House, however at this particular location the employees tend to be rude with a snobby attitude specifically Niah. I asked hey, can we exchanged my fork, its dirty. She rolled her eyes, just said sure I can exchange your fork and walk away. After we ate, we got the bill. Mind you we order the EXACT same thing. Our bill came to almost $40!!! I said excuse me maam, we come here often. This is the most we have ever paid. She said "I have no problem re-calculating the bill" then handle the bills and said here it goes... no apology no nothing.... My thing is, if you know you are wrong at least say sorry. Both incidents, nothing!

DO NOT GO TO WAFFLE HOUSE ON 59 & WILL CLAYTON. Sorry no photo I was too disgusted to even think. The cook tried to tell our waitress lowly to issue a remake I yelled across "I DONT EVEN WANT IT." She says "well cancel the whole order and they can leave." Never turned around to look, no compassion or remorse what so ever in her voice. Our waitress was just as distraught as me. Poor lady apologize more times than I could count and she was no where near the grill the whole time. NEVER GO HERE !!

Food was good but our service sucked our waitress had an attitude when we walked in like we did something. Can u say No tip for her. She took our order with a stank attitude n never came back have our ticket to Ashley then next waitress to come in shift n walked out when it was time for her to go. Now bad part of this is i use to be a waiter n food runner for three yrs n know what it like trying to live off of tips and it hard. But hey Ashley got a dollar for a refill

Horrible I asked for well done.... this what I got. Prior to the waitress bringing my French Toast with a long strain of BLONDE HAIR (clearly I have BLACK HAIR). She simply thought everything was so funny.... Then wanted me to pay for the meal anyway.... If u sit close in the booth u see how dirty the floor was with empty cartons etc. (Trash)... I will not eat here ever again hire clean cooks please everyone s clothes look so sloppy and dirty... ewww

Ok yall here we go! So we walked into waffle house on will clayton. Seemed fine in till we sat down and was bomb rush by a gain of Flys. We fought them off. Ordered our food which was a 6 of 10 due to my steak was cold not even like warm. Then what prompt me to write was watching a worker sneeze into her hand, cool but whats not cool is she used the table and chairs towel to wipe her hands then continued to wipe tables. At that point I was done.

This waffle house blows. Went here around 2 am left at 3 am. First I walk in and the floor is filthy and there are dishes on every table and nothing has been wiped off. Second it takes 1 of the 2 wait staff members 20 minutes to get to me and ask me if Ive been helped. Third how hard is it to make a grilled chicken sandwich and a large smothered hash brown. That was not smothered or large by the way. And then tried to charge me for it.

Always have had great service at this Waffle House. Been here many times and have never been disappointed. Always greeted, never have waited an unreasonable amount of time (when they are busy) ..food always good and served hot..... Friendly service.. I always go for the pork chop dinner.. on a separate menu that is not on the table..ask for it.. 2 chops,eggs, hash browns,toast for $8.95... great deal!

Not friendly at all. Couldnt get service. Then the girl came to take our order & she mumbled so you couldnt understand her. We gave her our drink order & she never came back. When I got her attention & mentioned that we had been there 30 minutes & didnt have anything to drink yet, she just stood there, then went back to what she was doing without getting our drinks or order. So we just walked out.

Where do I start. Food was stuck to my spoon. The place was dirty and a roach almost crawled on my back in the booth. So 1 star only because the waitress was so polite and understood us leaving. (She saw the roach). You guys are too close to the IAH to make such poor impressions. I hope not any tourist judge Hou/Humble by your dirty little establishment.

Been eating here for years and never a problem. The waitresses are always friendly. But, tonight we sat for 15 mins with out being asked if we at least would like something to drink. Then when you do ask they say " give us a couple of mins. and well be with you "....really. we will never come here again after 9pm. Maybe, not even come back at all.
