Im not one to be taking some of my personal time to be writing a BAD REVIEW, but i did had a very bad experience this past Nov.29 its was a Sunday I wanted a last minute Tres Leches Cake, the costumer service was just pathetic, and i got denied something to be written on my cake I mean come on which bakery doesnt write something on the cake for you thats the whole point!!! Anyway i paid for the cake then came and picked it up later that evening, when i got there my cake had not been put aside nor boxed up, i then asked again if they could write something and they were busy and the girl said she didnt know how to write on cakes by that time i was already on a hurry and the rest of the staff was pretty much gone, so i asked if i could do it my self and so did I, So i basically I wrote on my own birthday cake!!! and that was not all, the "tres leches cake" was the driest tres leches cake ive ever had in my life!!!!!!

Stopped by for breakfast and snacks before heading to work around 7am. First picked out some pan dulce. Chose 2 churros but later found out they were NOT EDIBLE!!!! They were soooooo old, hard and dry. Definitely more than a few days old! And some other kind of doughnut like item I picked out to try was also NOT EDIBLE. The sweet bread with cream cheese was good- soft and tasty but probably not made that morning either. Ordered 2 tamales which were just so-so. Very small and sloppily made. They do make the tortillas right in front of you which is nice, but I wont be back. Theres too much competition out there to settle for this.

Hoy fui a comprar un pastel y la cajera muy grosera me arrebato la tarjeta lo peor de todo que ni una palabra me dijo ni el total ni nada hasta le pregunté si era muda en fin pésimo servicio me gusta el sabor pero deberían contratar personas que les guste trabajar

Their baking goods are delicious! But...Unfortunately they do NOT always sell us fresh pastries (baked on the same day) Many times, I got home with day old pastries =(. Now, I always ask if what I am buying was baked the same day. I wouldve given 4 stars but they need to have FRESH bread daily and good customer service.

Fresh fresh fresh... Homemade tortillas (flour and corn)rolled right in front of you. Homemade food to fill, just like grandma prepared for you. And if thats not enough the bakery on the otherside is full of all your favorite and fresh pan dulce. I love this place.

The food at this place is really good, but be prepared to SWEAT while youre in line waiting to order. It is ridiculously hot and they dont even have a fan going to help cool down the place a little. If it wasnt for the lack of AC this place is easily 4 stars.

Ive been coming here for years when Doña would be the one cooking but now that she has someone taking over its really not the same. Dont get me wrong tacos are good but not like before. The bread is amazing!

I bought tres leches cake is good so far some part were dry needed more milk. Is still OK not going to die because there was not enough milk on the bread.
