2 weeks ago my friend and I reserved a section for a friends birthday party (Jan. 23) despite having to hound the staff after 1 week of emails & leaving messages she was able to make a reservation with a young lady named Monica. We were told we would have a place next to the D.J. & we figured that was perfect. On the night of the party we showed up cake, gifts & all. While looking for our table we saw several different sections with other peoples names on them but nothing with ours. There was a section with a generic "birthday party" on it & we were told by the hostesses this was our section. After being seated we made ourselves comfortable and proceeded to order drinks while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. After being seated for about an hour, a few people show up & the hostesses are looking for their section but cant find it. Wouldnt you know, the hostesses come up to us & explain were in the other parties section and we have to move. After a couple of minutes of the hostesses discussing it & everybody in that particular section staring at us, we grabbed our things to move. Nobody even bothered to prepare a section for our party the whole time they were having their "meeting". My friend was talking to one hostess & after telling her she made the reservation with Monica, the hostess stated Monica was there & she would have her come speak with us. According to Monica, it was a miscommunication & even though she took down our info/reservation none of the hostesses bothered to listen to her & save our table. She offered to buy the table a round of shots to remedy the situation but it was one of those "too little, too late" situations. After that ordeal, I would not recommend this place to anybody & neither I nor anybody that was in our party certainly wont be back. Which is a shame because Ive been here before on a few occasions & while the customer service was lacking, the atmosphere & food made up for it. Theres way too many places on this side of town to have celebrate any occasion without having to experience the absent customer care of this place.

Dont trust the bingo prizes unless you get them up front. I was invited here by a friend of mine. Never been here before. Came on a Sunday, because my friend wanted to play the bingo game. I won twice and won tickets to go see the prescreening of Neighbors 2(I won twice = 4 tickets)?. I was really excited to go see it. The movie started at 7:30, but I was there with my girlfriend around 7:00. At about 7:20, the same lady that told me I won tickets said that they were full. But it wasnt just me there were about 15 other people behind me that denied too. So I asked her, what happened. Apparently, the "company" in charge of the advertising and distribution of the "free tickets" didnt count the seating capacity. I asked her about my situation, bring that I had won 4 tickets and she told me that my name would be on the list, but there were others that just showed up because they got an email. I asked her how many she just let in even if they werent on the list, but she wouldnt answer my question. I live in Manvel, the theater was near downtown Houston. Thats more than 40 mins. Dont trust the bingo prizes unless you get them up front.

My wife was treated poorly, so I obviously cant give this place anything more than a poor rating. Her bill was $14.05 (which included an automatic 20% gratuity). She gave her waitress a $20 bill and waited patiently for her change. After almost 20 minutes, my wife asked for her change and then the waitress brought her a $5 bill. When my wife asked for the remaining .95 cents, the waitress said they "dont keep loose change on hand". Baffled, my wife then went to complain to the manager about their loose change rule. My wife was amazed to find that the manager was just as shocked as she was! The manager apologized and excused herself for a few minutes, presumably to follow up with the waitress... and heres where the plot thickens. The waitress returns with ONE quarter in her hand, slams it down on the bar in front of my wife (making a scene in the process), and says in a fairly raised tone, "I found you a quarter". She then proceeded to walk away. My wife was speechless for a moment, shocked at the waitress audacity and unprofessional behavior. She complained again to the manager, but nothing was done. Totally unacceptable!

Went on 2-28-15 and was highly dissapointed. In short I felt I was nickled and dimed. Service was average at best. NOT the best place for UFC fight. The tacos were average tasting, but at least were decent size. Apparently it turns into club at night. DJ was good and atmosphere started getting better as i was leaving. They advertised the UFC fight on their webpage but neglected to mention the $10 cover. The free parking was limited and had to use the $5 valet service. Then the valet guy said it was $5 to self park in the very back or he could valet near by for $10... after reminding him of the $5 valet sign he finally parked it for the advertised price. Once inside I ordered the 3 taco order, which were good size but came with a very small cup of salsa, not enough for all 3 tacos. Asked for more salsa which took over 30min. Later when I got the bill they tried charging 1.99 for the small salsa. They also charged me extra for adding meat to the modelo cheese even though it was supposed to come with meat, SMH. I will NOT come back to this place.

Most horrible service ever!!! If youre planning to go here with a birthday group, I would not recommend coming here. The manager that ran the evening shift for the date of 12/13/14 did not run things the way a manager should. They sure did not have any problems serving everybody drinks in the beginning (arrived at 8PM). Unfortunately, one of the parties had an expired license, but yet they allowed them to buy drinks. The ID didnt become an issue till about 10:30 PM. On top of that more than what we should have, we had to go up to the waiter to get her attention. Very disorganized on how they were keeping tabs. At one point they refused to give us the cake we brought and told us they threw it away. Which was a complete lie. Why would they tell a customer such a thing. First and last time I ever come here. NEVER will I recommend this place to no one. They only reason I gave them a 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option.

Yes, the entourage is very nice - the place has character. Cannot quite comment on the food as I didnt get to try any. I stopped by for a quick meal on my way somewhere else. The bar was practically empty as it was a Friday afternoon (4 pm). I noticed there were at least 2 waitresses working. First I waited for 10 min for someone just to come up to me and give me the menu / ask what I would like to drink. I ordered just a basic sandwich, nothing fancy. I WAITED FOR 40 MIN AND STILL WASNT SERVED, SO I JUST GOT UP AND LEFT. Combined with the first 10 min before I got the menu, I killed 50 min of my personal time and still walked out hungry. I expected to be done in 30 min, but instead I had to go find another place to eat. Ive been to a lot of places, and been disappointed about different things - but Ive never experienced anything like THAT. This is just beyond unacceptable, clearly never coming again.
