Not just a deli. When I hear deli I think sandwich coldcuts but some of this stuff is pretty hearty. I was supprised by the selection. I origianly wanted a brisket plate but wanted to try NYD... they had 4 or 5 diffrent brisket sandwiches. I dissagree with one of the other raters, portions are not that large! Its a healthy portion for a health concious individual. A pickle wedge a 64th of a sliver of a carrot the cole slaw was 2 ounces and served in a jello shot cup. Plenty of fries though. All and all Im looking forward to going back. Sorry I thought I took a picture but not this time Im afraid. Recomend texas brisket sandwich.

Literally waited an hour for our food. We were 20 minutes late to work. Our waitress ignored us the whole time we waited. I ordered the French dip. Meat was bland and au jus was flavorless. Others at the table were also very dissatisfied with their order. The couple at a table next to us sent a plate back. Im giving it 2 stars because I will give them another try. I have heard a lot of good from people I know that have gone there for years and they assure me this is not the norm. So the 2 stars are for my first visit. If my second visit is better I will add another review.

This is an excellent deli where the food is consistently delicious and the service is wonderful. Ive lived in Harlingen for just over a year and was so happy to find a restaurant that went beyond the normal taqueria foods. If you go, try their chocolate cake! Yum!

Every sandwich that I have tried has been fantastic. I ordered the Manhatten today and it was phenomenal. The coleslaw is excellent. Great food and wonderful service.

Very fast, friendly and reasonably priced. The portions are huge! The waiter even brought us a sample of pastrami as we were not sure if we would like it.
