I am posting because I too had a horrible experience with the owner Jamie . On June 2017 we place and order for a three tier baby cake. I had pictures that she printed of a pink and white cake. Ended up with a peach and cream cake with ribbon around it that look like masking tape. The middle layer was Cream with pink pearls. It had a crown on top that was hideous it was huge . Jamie insists that I picked the cream ribbon. Actually what happened was I picked a pink ribbon and she said it would be too hot of a color, so with her being the professional I went with her lighter color. If you go her Facebook page you can see the cake that is peach and middle tier is cream and pink pearls. She did offer me $200 back for an in-store credit . She messed up my baby shower cake for my granddaughter so why would I want her $200 in-store credit. I had to take my three-tier cake to another baker because Jamie said she could not fix it. It was a Saturday she closes at four , it was12 ish and says there was no one in the store that could fix it. So I paid for three tier cake and after she wouldnt fix , I took it to another baker that turn it into a two tier and they made it pink and white(and payed more money). Jamie insists that I picked the peach and cream beige ..... I told her I wanted it to be like her building pink .....I had waited a long time for her granddaughter I wanted lots of pink . I also spent extra money for a pair of dainty white maryjane shoes with pink on it . Again I received ivory shoes with peach and huge ugly green leaves on them but the inside paper was PINK... something is really wrong with the way Jamie does business .. I would highly recommend you use someone else especially if its a big event like a wedding or baby shower. She will not refund money, only in-store credit , she really doesnt care if its right or if its wrong .just so she gets her money... I have used her many other times and was pleased with the work , but something has gone wrong in the last 10 years or so , this cake was hideous for a baby shower. would have been alright for a wedding cake . Its a lot of money for the Quality of work that you will receive. I will not use them again. She doesnt treat you fair.

On May 2013, I picked up a cake I had ordered previously for my daughters bridal shower. It was a small, 20 guest-event and the color of the sample cake was perfect since it was my daughters colors for the wedding. I bought all eating supplies to match the cake and the banner. When I inquired about the cakes colors being different, the girl heping me called somebody and asked her "what can be done about this mistake". I found out later she was talking to the owner. The owner response was "what do you mean? we dont match colors for the price of that cake, you get whatever color we have left over". I explained that I requested same colors as the sample cake when I made the order. She turned around and left. She was loud and rude and there was more clients in the store. The employee was very apologetic for the owner rudeness in addition to the mistake. I didnt have time to go to another bakery to buy a different cake. I paid $60 for a small cake but it is not about the money it is about getting the right color/design you want to match everything you have already gotten and planned. I was very dissapointed, embarrased and frustrated with the way I was treated. I believe in good service, if not excellent, regardless if you spend $60 or $1000. Im writting this so the people reading reviews can learn from others and to be cautious when ordering/picking up cakes. It is an awful experience to paid for something you didnt order, didnt like, didnt match your colors and get yelled out.We ordered the wedding cake at Blue Bonnet bakery and we received excellent service and many compliments about the cake and the exquisit flavor (an almond layer and a strawberry one). We have 3 family/friends weddings coming this year and I will not recommend this bakery.

We have them make our wedding cake last year in April. The cake was delicious, and Jaime was very friendly. The tall girl at the front seemed to have an attitude when we came in for our appointment and didnt even look like she knew what was going on or should even be working there. While everyone else was wearing a uniform she was wearing unappropriate attire. The cakes are also a little pricey. My main complaint is that when the cake arrived at our wedding it wasnt the design we had requested. There was a cake they had in store which I told her I wanted the design the exact same. Instead the scrolling on the cake was much wider and larger than it was on the store model and I had requested beading around the bottom of each layer to add in my second wedding color and it wasnt there either. My other complaint is I sent an email asking a few questions and got a short response back that didnt really answer any of them as if they just fly through their emails and dont take the time to give you the info you need. Ive heard some other people on here mention not getting the correct design on their cake also, so maybe that is an issue they need to work on in general.

"Creme de la Creme did my sisters baby shower this past November. We had did multiple paper sketches that was a big mistake even though they told us we could change the cake 2 weeks before the event. On our final sketch we ordered a white on white cake. I was so busy decorating and finalizing the baby shower I did not have enough time to go online to look at the contract. On the day of the shower I noticed the design was right but the cake was nasty. I called Creme de la Creme and found out the flavor was totally wrong. I spoke with multiple sales people there and all I got was they had to wait for Jerry to tell her about it. I finally spoke with another sales person that talked to me for Jerry and all they said was sorry nothing they can do. I thought the least they could do was offer me a percentage off on a next purchase or some cupcakes or something. She also admitted that the contract online was wrong and it was their fault. All I got was sorry. I would never recommend no one to this place and I will never order from this bakery again. Very Bad Business!

High end bakery is right. Went in to purchase a last minute cake and was willing to pay last minute pricing but before I did so I asked if I could sample a piece of the plain white cake. I was told I could "purchase" a cup cake as a sample. Are you kidding me? I was willing to pay right then and there more than I normally would pay for something that I needed. I was not asking for a slice of cake nor a high end decorated cake to sample but simply a piece of the cake part that they would most likely cut off as excess or extra when customizing a cake for an order. Too bad. It looks like a really cute place to be a repeat customer at but since I was not allowed literally a crumb to sample, I wont be stepping foot in their again. I give it 2 stars since the place looked cute at least. Im sure they are proud of their creations but next seriously, next time someone asks to "sample", throw them a crumb. Theyll appreciate the gesture!
