They opened a new store in our town and we wanted to try it, we soon learned that they dont open till 10 on Saturday morning! I think that is ridiculously late for a brecfast place. Inhappy about the hours we still when, my daughter was very exited. We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls one with cream cheese frosting and one with mint frosting and brownie bites. The mint one was very good but I cant say the same about the cream cheese frosting, it was awful! I love cream cheese frosting but this didnt taste anything like it! I also didnt like there boring decorations, the store was very plan. I rated it 2 stars because we did really enjoy the mint one but disliked the cream cheese frosting and think that opening at 10 is rediculous for a bereakfast place.

Decided to try after reading mixed reviews. Service was totally fine, no issue there. The cinnamon rolls were hot and delicious. The part that hurts them are the icing "flavors". The are discusting. They start with cream cheese icing (which I will stick with if I ever come back) and add in synthetic flavors via a medicine-like dropper. I ordered the tiramsu flavor, and assumed it would be made from real foods like vanilla and cinnamon. Nope- it was so chemical tasting it almost ruined the whole roll. I will stick to the roll with plain icing and pecans in the future.

Associates didnt seem to care. They stayed in the back almost the whole time we were there. While ordering we asked what Horchata was and the associate said, "Its a topping." Then added, "Well, I dont know what it actually is." Really? You work here. It took me about two seconds to Google it. The Cinnabon was served cold which cant be the norm. I have to believe the employees were too lazy to heat it up. Great concept, love that its vegan, and wanted to like the place. However, with cold buns, uncaring & indifferent employees we wont return.

Extremely decadent... I love all of the choices and options they offer if you choose to create your own cinnamon roll. They let you choose the flavor of icing as well as the toppings. With so many choices of flavors/toppings, it was a little intimidating. I created my own and I also bought of few of their different cinnamon rolls flavors. I was much more impressed with their icing/topping combinations, than I was my own creation. Love that this place is vegan. If I lived in Southlake, Id definitely come here more often.

Wow! This is the smorgasbord of flavors and toppings of your choice of gourmet cinnamon rolls. Theyre unbelievably delicious. For the beginner like me, they offered suggested creations. I popped in on a Saturday morning and was greeted with smiles and cheer. I chose the Coconut Cream, the Praline Caramel, and the Smores delights. They were divine. Theyre all vegan, they cater, and they have a rewards program. I highly recommend to anyone looking to impress. Great to take to a client business meeting!

I think the cinnamon rolls are decent but I didnt understand the pricing. They charge for the roll, then the frosting and then the topping.... so about $5 or more each roll... we ordered two rolls that were already ready to eat- from the display and made one custom one with one topping and The total was $19!!! for 3 medium size cinnamon rolls...they are not huge!! they tasted good ,Really sweet, but for the price We had higher expectations. So it was a major let down and cant say we would go again.

This place smells so good, and is one of our favorite breakfast treat spots! Its theme concept was on the TV show "Shark Tank". Their vegan cinnamon rolls and the best part is they dont taste like it. My kids love them. They have tons of icing and topping mixtures tio choose from. Service staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. Coffee is good to. Price is $$ as depending on how many topping you add you can easily spend $7 or more on one cinnamon roll. Still worth it!

The lady, manager or what ever her title is/was, was very RUDE. I asked why the dont sell milk, being a Gourmet Cinnamon Roll/breakfast type place? Her response in a very Rude way was " We Just Dont ", "We sell silk or soy milk" . These silk/soy milk containers were very small, probably less than 8oz. and not worth the Price. This place is very over rated, CINNABON IS JUST AS GOOD!!!!

The best cinnamon buns ever, even my non vegan family agrees these are the best theyve ever had. I have never had a bad experience there, and Ive been there at least 7 times by now. Its so amazing to have a plant based option in Southlake; I hope it encourages other businesses to come and open up more vegan places. Get a baby bun to try if youre unsure! You wont be disappointed!

This is definitely one of those, "I wish I wouldve discovered this place sooner" kind of places! The cinnamon rolls are always great, but the fun part is making up a never-before-heard-of cinnamon roll, then watching them create it. This place has more options than the Audi dealership! When you need to make friends with your neighbors, grab a few extra to share...

Delicious indulgence. Lots of options to customize to your likings. We usually get the minis for the kids (includes one icing of choice) while my husband and I completely indulge on sweet treats. They also occasionally offer Groupon coupons as well. Staff has been extremely friendly and helpful every time weve been in.

Rolls tasted fine but were a bit on the smaller side for the cost. I have purchased much bigger comparable tasting rolls at other establishments for less. When you consider you could get 2 dozen really good donuts for the same price as 4 old fashioned rolls with vanilla topping there is not much choice.

Oh man! Saw this place across the parking lot today and just had to stop in. Glad I did! You get a large cinnamon roll, and you get to pick from several icing flavors and toppings. Served nice and hot! Cute place with tables inside, so you can eat in or carry out. Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Just had a poor experience with Cinnaholic. I ordered from GrubHub and the order I received was completely incorrect. I ordered 2 old skool buns and received a brownie. Got it refunded from GrubHub but they still charged me $7 for delivery. Pretty disappointed I didnt get to try the cinnamon rolls :(

We had some samples dropped off at work today, and the entire staff was skeptical as Hell. After timidly nibbling at a few of them, none of us could believe that any of it was vegan and the box quickly disappeared. Whether the vegan diet is your bag or not, these cinnamon rolls are out of control.

The product is great and you cant tell its vegan but the employees seem stuck up, and unwelcoming. I can there and spent over $50 my first visit and the staff did not even tell me they had a reward program that I could have gotten points for. She acted like my presence was an inconvenience.

I have been in more than Id like to admit, and normally enjoy it, however the past 2 times I have been in the toppings are less than satisfactory. For the price of added toppings, what I got was not worth it. I dont mind paying extra, but I do mind not getting what I paid for.
