Ordered a $200 cake of starwars for my order to be WRONG! The cake was dry and filling was pineapple. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! It should have been butter cake and strawberry filling. To see your 8 year old cry because his cake was not what he had been expecting for weeks is not right! We dont like/eat pineapple so the majority of the cake was throwed away. Never coming here. I called and all they said was I could get $20 back on my CC or $50 credit with them for another cake. What a waste of $200 dollars! They disappointed me!

Cake was suppose to be ready at 11am I go to pick it up they forgot to do my cake they told me its my fault for ordering the cake late which I ordered a week ahead they told me to come back in 40 min I go back at 2:30 they give me the cake with wrong decoration most plain frosting! What am I suppose to tell my daughter when she gets a Freaken princess cake instead of her glittery Barbie cake????? I hope they at least got the flavor right!
