My first time here was on 2/25. I had a bad experience. The fire alarm went off and they had no procedure on how to go about it. The employees were just looking at each other like they were stupid. So since they were not telling us a bit of information on what was going on me and my sister walked out to be safe.. a server came after us almost screaming at us for stepping out without paying. What did they expect us to do when no one was telling us what was going on?? What if there was really a fire going on, then what? And the thing is that a lot of other people walked out and the guy decided to come scream at us?? it was just not a pleasant visit.. never coming back.

Fish and chips were par. Bartender/server was even worse. Her name was Anna and hasnt learned how to smile, carry a conversation , or even pour a beer. Our biggest problem was the service. She also told us that the beers were on happy hour special for $2 apiece , great deal. When the check arrived they were around five and six dollars apiece. I questioned her about it, and she said "oh that doesnt start until 4 p.m." what a liar. The wife said her fish tacos were delicious.

If youre looking for amazing pub food, this is the place to go, their burgers are probably the best I have ever had, the buns are delicious. Of course its a pub so theres plenty of alcohol which is expected. I love sitting outside when its nice out at night, sometimes they have music, they have sports playing a lot and its a great environment for a date; to talk and such. I like ciders and they have Angry Orchard on tap so all the better.

The pub had 2 tables with people in it and even then me and my family waited an hour for our food. The food was cooked horribly and we made a mistake by going there. If your looking for great food I wouldnt suggest this place but I do think that if you want to go to their bar its an ok place to go however they dont always have what you are looking for especially when it comes to mint

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to a sign that said "please seat yourself." After perusing the rather limited menu, we rapidly learned that we also were going to be ignored by the entire waitstaff (one guy, as far as we could tell), the bartender, and whoever else was supposed to be working there. Didnt stick around to be ignored further, so cant comment on the food.

Food was ok. Shrimp in tacos was good. Service was terrible. There were only 2 tables with 2 people at each table and still had to wait too long to get food and drink refills. The people at the other table got tired of waiting and walked up to the kitchen where the food was under the warmer waiting to be served and got their food themselves.

Food is good, but if you sit outside service is terrible. Twice, now we have eaten there and both times our waitress just disappeared after serving us. Had to go inside to get the check. One time our waitress had been pulled to wash dishes and the next she was waiting on tables inside. Very poor management.

Place was almost empty. Fish was bland. Table and menu was "sticky". Seemed like the malt vinegar was "watered down". Out of both draft beers I asked for listed on the menu. Orange juice was a bit "off" in the mimosa drink special. Waitress was friendly. Sorry, not a good lunch experience.

NOT BABY FRIENDLY. There is NOT a changing table in the mens RESTROOM....OR THE WOMENS RESTROOM. So if you plan on coming here make sure you have a changing pad and a car to go to unless you dont mind changing her on your personal table.

Great beer selection! Awesome happy hour and even better POWER HOUR!! The servers & bartenders are all so friendly. Love coming here for the live music during the weekends. Check out the royal pub burger, and the fish & chips!!

Best pub in Cypress. Good atmosphere and service. Great selection of drinks. But the most important thing is that this pub have the best team of bartenders. Especially Ashley and Mando. Great customer service. Keep it up!

Looks great, cosy inside. Very quiet at the lunch hour mid week. Food was ,ok but not fantastic. Drink menu looked interesting. Perhaps its a better night time place. Happy Hour specials and craft beers available.

This place was great nice pub atmosphere and great food I had the bangers and mash with green beans and it was all vary good. My wife had the elementary burger and she loved it. I will definitely be going back!

Bar food is not that great even on the "bar food scale." Staff seem preoccupied when the times are slow and overloaded when things get busy. Prices are fair and the beer selection is good.
