Overall just sick of this place never able to get anything right. Last time the forgot part of our order and when i turned around to check everything found that we were missing stuff. Tried to call up to the store since that is what i would expect just about anyone to do when paying for something and not getting it. Kept getting a busy signal and could not figure out why. Finally drive up to the store after at least ten attempts of calling threw out an hour. Pizza Hut let us know the reason we could not reach them was because they have had their phones off all day for some reason. I then received a credit since i was pretty pissed and didnt even want what i ordered any longer. Now today again i have tried to give them a second chance to redeem them self and that was a big waste of time. they were about 20 min later then they said they would be here and of course forgot stuff again. Finally this time I was able to get a hold of the store and was given a credit once again. I can tell you that all i will be using this credit on is soda. Should be difficult to mess up soda.

We have never received our food in under an hour. Usually an hour and 45 minutes is what we have to wait. We had a credit on our account because the last time we ordered took so long and still received it after an hour a a half after they told me 30 minutes. Its so clear that this is a poorly managed store with incompetent staff and zero regard for customer service. If every Pizza Hut was run this way, they would be out of business by the end of the year. If youre expecting hot food that matches what you ordered in a timely manner, I suggest picking it up from another location. Never ordering from this location again!

Havent had a problem with an order to date....until today. I always rate places on how hey handle things when something goes wrong. Ordered pizzas for the family and when they arrived, we were missing a pizza. Called the store and they said another would be made and on the way as soon as possible. I didnt know that "as soon as possible" meant that they would put it in the que with the new orders coming in and delivered whenever they got around to it. Im at 35 minutes since the order was put back in and I call. Still 5 deliveries ahead of me as of now.

Ordered a carryout "Big Box" deal online with cheese sticks instead of bread sticks. The time it was supposed to be ready was 10:55. I get there at 11, and it isnt ready until 11:20. I get it home to find out they missed the cheese sticks and gave me bread sticks even though I payed for the cheese sticks. In addition to that, the pizza was some of the greasiest I have ever eaten, and it seemed like they forgot the pepperoni when they cooked it the first time, and added it on, and let it sit in the oven for a few minutes just to get the pepperoni warm.

REPEATED PROBLEMS. Its sad when the location less than a mile away is amazing & this location is terrible! I gave them numerous chances and they just cant get it together! From ordering to customer service to the actual food......just bad. They would mess up, put a credit on my account, then there would be no credit when I tried to use it! & if you have a special request......dont bother calling here, even if other locations have no problem with it this place wont be able to do it (whatever "it" might be). Dont put yourself through this hassle.

My pizza was soggy, and they delivered someone elses wings instead of mine. When we called back they made it nearly impossible to get a refund on our wings; saying they had to void the entire order and redo it. Since they made it sound far too difficult for their simple minds to handle we agreed to have the correct wings delivered. An hour later we finally got the correct wings. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with this particular franchise and I will not order from them again.

Tonight, 01/16/15, we ordered the big box. Got home and it was pep and beef, instead of the pep and green peppers we ordered. We said oh well and ate it anyways. They called while we were eating and acknowledged that they noticed they messed up, remade the pizza, and also gave us a $20 credit. We let them keep the pizza so they could eat it. The fact they noticed their mistake and acted on it is wonderful customer service and they now win the pizza hut or dominos debate.

Placed an order online for delivery and never received it. I called to ask if there was a problem, and they said they were so backed up that they had to completely stop cooking pizzas. They suggested that I place an order with another location. They didnt have any problem charging my credit card for the order they never planned on even cooking. I think I will take their advice and never order anything from Pizza Hut again.

Order only if you like SOGGY PIZZA!!!!!!!! ORIGINAL POST 3YR AGO 2013 Absolute worst soggy pizza I have ever had, completely embarrassed to serve to my guests. Horrible driver who said they were trying to save money on Parmesan and red pepper. My order was over $50, I should have purchased from Papa Johns or Dominos. 2016 Reread comment: I decided they still dont deserve my money:) Terrible business.

I used to order from this place all the time but the quality just kept getting worse and worse. Today I ordered some bone out wings but what showed up was bone in and they refused to refund me. They offered to send out new ones at a 10% discounted price but I didnt see the point after waiting 50 minutes for the order to show up already ruining our night.

Pretty typical Pizza Hut. Carry out isnt too bad because you check your order before you leave. Weve stopped using delivery because something is always messed up. When its getting late and the kids need to get to bed soon and the pizza order is wrong (the kids pizza has jalapenos on it), its pretty frustrating.
