So on our initial visit we actually did not enjoy the fennel seeds on our pizza and also the pizza was slightly burned around the edges. However, the manager reached out to me and offered to make it up to us. He replaced the pizza, this time without the fennel seeds/Italian sausage. The pizza they made on our second visit was SO GOOD. I got the Big Brother and replaced the Italian sausage for bacon. They even gave me a few brownies for my kids. The customer service was awesome! We will be back(:

Four sisters on a road trip stopped overnight in Dallas TX, May 20, 2017. We went looking for pizza and since i Fratelli has the best overall rating we decided to see for ourselves. We did the Build Your Own and we were blown away! Never saw so much meat, fresh spinach and basil on a pizza before! It was awesome. I would highly recommend i Fratelli to anyone wishing for a truly great pizza.

After the first mess up I thought I would try again, and sure enough, they couldnt get the 2nd order right either. Called the store, rude reception, they did say they would correct the mistake, took over an hour and was wrong again. The clerks have filthy mouths, total lack of respect for their customers.

Called on Monday evening at 8:45 pm to place a delivery order and was asked (in an akward manner) to be put on hold. They never came back on to take my order! Read other reviews that they pick and choose which days to deliver but give me the curtosy of letting me know. Awful customer service!!

First time i tried this place is when my job had this catered and i loved it..the pizza is not saucy at all which is a good thing..and dont be afraid to try something new i tried the staff special and it was actually good..never eaten artichoke til now :)

Campisi type pizza. Great alternative to standard fair. Pick up delivery only. I call it in, it is ready in 10-15 minutes for pickup. Now thats fast fresh food!

Not quite true "Italian" pizza and definitely not "New York"; sort of its own, tasty American-Italian hybrid. Similar to Campisis, but tastier sauce.
