I wish ZERO stars were an option or even a half star. In the summer I ordered a pizza & bread sticks. When it arrived the pizza was cold & the bread sticks were wrong. I filed a complaint on the Pizza Hut website. The were nice enough to send me 2 coupons for a free pizza. I used one fairly quick & received what I ordered. Though the delivery time was quite long & the pizza was by no means hot, but it wasnt cold either. Tonight I decided to use the last coupon. I placed my order & was told it would take about 60 min. After 1hr 45min of waiting I called to cancel. They did tell me it was out for delivery, but that does not give me any kind of time frame. I still said cancel it because I would have refused to pay for the Pepsi I ordered or the delivery charge & there would definitely be no tip for the driver. I have lived in several cities large enough to have multiple pizza delivery places. This one is by far the WORST I have experienced. Please turn it into a Pizza Ranch.

Very poor service! We were first seated at a dirty table then while we were sitting the waitor was cleaning the table & spilled grease from the leftover pizzas all over my sons jacket, he said sorry here is a napkin like that made it any better! Then he didnt even wipe off the table before taking our order, he did not come take our order he sent another lady from the back to attend to us.

If they dont answer, keep calling! We had to call 5 times (2/5 times they picked it up and hung up) before they answered... And they werent busy! We asked if they had room for 15 and they said they had plenty of room. We called 15 minutes in advance to order 5 pizzas and by the time we got there they hadnt even started making one! Got sick from the food there service was horrible couldnt order half of what was on the menu and the other half of menu couldnt get because they had to throw away expired food,I work in a restaurant and not to mention all teenage kids running the place booths were dirty floor was a mess never again will I eat at the theif river pizza hut again!

Horrible experience two times in row. First time we came we never got helped at all. We just left. Second time we actually got our drink orders taken but it took them 15 mins to remember our drinks while other tables got two refills while we waited, (mind you we were only table 5 sitting here). One star for at least taken our drink order

Whenever we get pizza delivered the order is usually wrong and/or the crust undercooked. Recently tried to make an online order and the system was down, so I called and they refused to give me online pricing eventhough it is their fault the online system is down and will be down the rest of the day. Poor customer service.

The food is good if you get it and if you get it it will be more than likely the wrong order. I have had a lot of problems with not getting my order correctly. People taking the orders should repeat the order to know if is correct.

Wrong order!!!! Pizza was horrible theu, made.my Beau pizza all wrong and my pizza was dogging as f%÷# will never order there again but I shouldve known better.....because tell pizza hit in Griffin, Ga aint no better!!!!!

The food can be good, if its delivered on time and still warm, which is not likely to happen from my experience. Orders are 9/10 times made wrong. But, the staff is very good about correcting the many mistakes.

Pizzahuts are almost always operated by teenagers. Thats great that theyre getting experience. I dont expect anything special from pizzahut. 50% chance youll get good food or service. Just order delivery.

We ordered for a group of people and every pizza was great! Ample cheese on top of plenty of toppings. The deep dish was crisp and not soggy. Many asked where we got the pizza because they loved it!

Its getting better, service is ok. No one wears pizza hut uniforms, seems unprofessional. Food is getting better but has a way to go to be more consistent. Pizza hut pizza is what it is.
