Guys!! DONT GO HERE!!!!! I honestly dont understand how this place has so many good reviews! I visited Elite Cigar Cafe yesterday and was certainly disappointed. I walked in and asked how it all works and a staff member just looked at me and said " I dont care, do what you want". I then sat down and waited 25 minutes for someone to bring me a menu or check on me or take my order. Once the food came it was terrible. It was greasy and unappealing to even look at. The bathrooms was the worst. There was urine on the floor!! I went back to see if it had been cleaned in about 20 minutes, and sure enough it was still there! GROSS!! It also might help to replace those huge horrible looking painted windows by the bar area, and put it clear ( cleaned ) open windows and light the place up a bit. The walk in humidor was impressive. The humidor is the ONLY thing good about this place, and perhaps the only thing keeping the place in Business. I had hope for this place but it will surely fail if they dont improve the service, the food quality and maintenance.

I went for the first time about a week ago. I wasnt very excited at first because I dont smoke cigars. I walked in and got greeted by a man right away. My friends and i sat at the bar. A girl introduced herself, Nikki, and told us about the specials for that night. I ordered a $3 flavored vodka and soda water. I ended up ordering an omelet which they serve all day and it was amazing and very reasonably priced. The same man that greeted me at the door came by and introduced himself as Adam, one of the managers, and asked if we were doing ok.... I soon met some of the other patron sitting at the bar and before you knew it my friends and I were on the patio with them laughing and having a great time! ! This place has great daily specials on drinks and a great variety on the food menu as well(a couple hours layer I ordered mozzarella sticks!!) AMAZING The service was great, you dont go to many places anymore and get such a personable experience. I will def go back to try more menu items and for $3 vodka night!!!

You cant beat the cigar selection in Dallas. Prices are as good or better than anywhere else Ive seen in the area. Being a locker holder, the discounts make it even better. Kent, the owner, is very connected in the industry which translates into great events with the biggest names in the business. And its common for him to pull up a seat and have a cigar with customers. The kitchen serves up appetizers and full entrees. Its a solid food offering, especially the Cuban sandwich and pancake platter. Im here so much, I should pay rent... Wait.... I do, kinda! The VIP lounge has its own large flat screen and ventilation. Monthly membership dues are deposited on a gift card that can be used for food, cigars, and merchandise. In essence, its free if you normally spend the dues amount anyway.

The Elite Cigar Cafe is the best cigar bar in DFW! This place has a giant humidor stocked with a wide variety of well known names, as well as some fantastic up-and-coming sticks that are all very well priced. GM Adam A is well versed in the cigar selection here and is eager to help the guest find the right cigar you might be craving, so ask for him. The bar area has a lively atmosphere full of fresh faces, generous regulars, and plenty of cute bartenders who provide excellent customer service. Did I mention they have a huge scotch, bourbon, and whiskey selection? And a separate lounge if you dont feel like sitting in the sports bar. Ive been coming here for years and I wont ever stop. Great job, Elite Cigar Cafe!!!

Great place for cigar and a drink! Enjoy the atmosphere and location. Love stopping whenever I travel to Addison for work. Staff made me feel welcomed immediately. Kristina is an awesome bartender and very welcoming. She alone will bring you back. As an amateur to cigars, Lou walked me through it all without being condensing in the slightest. Massive selection of cigars and good tap selection. Food is decent... if they could steal the cooks and food quality from Holy Grail Pub, this place would be epic. A great place anytime.

The Elite Cigar Cafe is like no other cigar shop I have ever been to. They have a very well stocked humidor (lots of great cigars), fantastic food, and a full bar with lots of different scotches, rums, tequilas, etc. I fell in love with the place after my first visit and have been hooked ever since. The staff is really helpful if you need to know anything about cigars and they are really courteous. All in all, i definitely feel the Elite Cigar Cafe deserves a 5 star rating and i will definitely be visiting more.

This is a spectacular place. Its like walking into a modern day Cheers. Everyone is down to earth and remembers your name. The owner Kent is friendly and takes care of his customers. Ask for Adam to give you pointers on cigars. The bartenders are great especially when Nikki and Ashley are working. Hands down the best place in DFW that has a full bar, a large selection of cigars, and good comfort food. I highly recommend.

This place is one of the BEST cigar bars Ive been to in all my years of smoking. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a great selection of Premium Cigars along with many well known higher end lines. Great food, great atmosphere, and plenty of "people watching" to do. If you are looking for a great place to smoke, drink, and enjoy your time, look no further, Elite lives up to their name !!!

This a great place to sit down, relax, have a drink and smoke one after a long day. The staff is great, the bartenders are caring and beautiful. (Nicki is my favorite) These folks take really great care of you here. The ample humidor assures they have the right smoke for the right time. PS- If you rap Dr. Dres Forgot About Dre, or sing Led Zeppelins Ramble On, the manager Adam will give you nifty shop gifts.

Beautiful bar and very friendly staff here. This was a pleasure to experience in an area where service has been lacking lately in the vicinity of this establishment. The drinks were not overpriced the cigar selection was fantastic and the staff made sure they attended to every table inside and outside in a consistent manner. We will definitely be bringing our business back to this cafe.

Elite cigars is the premier cigar lounge in the DFW metroplex. It is the only place that combines the best selection in cigars (with their very large humidor) and a full bar and restaurant. The Staff is family for me now. The crowd consists of business men, executives, professional athletes, and everyday people who enjoy a great chigar and excellent prices. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

1st visit was over the summer. I was immediately treated like a regular. They have a great selection, friendly staff, and a volume discount. The bar has an awesome selection of Scotch. The food looked amazing, I observed that the service was quick and the portions were plentiful. They even had live music the night I was there. Im in town again for the weekend, and Im going back!
